As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rally used to make great hamburgs. I order 2 classics . I got one with a piece of cold cheese and mayo. Nothing else on it. The same for the other classic. I was not happy with my order. Any one who has ordered a rally burger knows thats not how its supposed to be.

I ordered from this place my cheeze stick were not cooked all the way my burger was ice cold and was not cooked all the way I got a medium shake that was supposed to be 16 ounces and they gave me a 6 ounce shake and charged me for the medium shake when they gave me a small shake and they gave me a soda that was flat that burger did not tasse very good and my cheese sticks did not taste very good and I did not eat very much if the cheese burger or french fries and now my stomach hurts really bad and I feel like I want to vomit I am never ordering from this place ever again and it sound like there are a bunch of teenagers working there that do not know how to cook a burger or cheese sticks property

Best fast food experience I have had in a long time, the burger was great and the Mozzarella sticks where even better. Topping it all of with an apple pie. The woman serving us was amazing and was a joy to talk to. my wife tries to avoid gluten and asked for a burger with no bun and they had no problem doing so, going so far at to place the condiments in separate containers for her. KEEP IT UP!!!

I stopped going to rally’s because of the bad service I had years ago at the Little Rock location, but today I was in a hurry the line was short I said I’ll give it a try. I got my order taken ok get up to the window no hello just told me the price of my meal handed me my drink closed the window then some young man brought me my food handed it out the window before I could ask for ketchup he slammed the window in my face and walked away the cashier just looking at me I’m over it. Then I get back to work attempting to put my soda in my own cup, and I find a dead bug on my lid I was livid. Rally’s it’s not what it used to be. No stars from me I think they need training!

Arrived around 1025 and knocked & then stood at the window until the drive thru worker waved peace signs in the air and walked to the back of sight. Wasn’t actually waited on until after someone ordered at the drive thru. Two more cars went through before I received my food. Food was great but service was lacking. Might think twice before I return to this location.
