As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Service has been horrible here even tonight down right horrible. My food was made any kind of way definitely wasn’t fresh. Like what happened to customer satisfactory. I shouldn’t be nervous about eating my food and I spent money on it this is not a good look Rally’s.

The food was good, but as a Doordash. I waited almost 20 for an order. I was their to pick up an order by 9:44pm and it was after 10pm when I got the order. I know you all can do better. Let’s make it happen!!!

I went there yesterday and stood in line for 15 mins…I had to tap on the windows while the 2 girls finished there conversion. I tap again she rolled her eyes and said computer messed up no food but yet drivethru was still open. She rolled her eyes again so I followed the othere people in front of me and left. I will never go back

It took forever to recieve your order, however the food tasted amazing. The cashier/server at the window offered average service but she was extremely pleasant. The atmosphere was horrendous. There appeared to be only 2 employees there with a line full of customers on a Sunday.

Rally must have changed their patties..The mixed in match was dry. The drive thru was extremly long. Attendant was plesant although she misquoted the price.
