As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The worst service ever!!! Pulled up in drive thru all the employees were sitting out side with friends. After waiting a few minutes we were never acknowledged so I said hello the lady outside said hello back with a nasty attitude like I was bothering her crazy right so I said you don’t have to get nasty we been waiting she then said I know you watching me… ummm ma’am are you there to work and provide service or hangout with your friends at work!!! We pulled off and left cause at that point I didn’t trust her making my food!!! Won’t ever be back this happened 1/08/26

Burger and fries taste as if it was dipped in grease and sat there …a Horror movie and this is the second time … Also had this strange taste I’m done with one here . They do have good food but sometimes can’t get your order right and charges different prices on the 4$ meal and you get medium drink sometimes with the 4$ meal and sometimes you get a little drink and they are slow sometimes

The burger was so flavorful as well as the fries, but I had two people in front of me and I waited for my food for about 10-15 minutes, so in my head I was thinking I was going to get fresh food, yet the burger and fries were lukewarm to cold. With no napkins in the bag …How unfortunate

Burger King was out of whoppers, so I was told I would prefer Rally’s over Wendy’s. I tried their large Buford combo 1. The whole meal was a joke, except for the Cherry coke. I’m now questioning my friend’s taste, lol.
