As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

On June 24 around 11p.m. I went through the drive-thru the guy who took our order was nice but the guy who reached me the food was rude as if he was mad to be dealing with me by just reaching me food I said thank you and he just looked at me crazy.
My food was a joke I ordered the new onion item and it was far from being fulled to the point I could see the bottom of the container next my load fries tasted old ,was missing the bacon and had a very small amount of ranch on them my sandwich was missing the pepper jack cheese plus I didn’t receive a receipt.
Update: I’ve emailed them and they’ve never returned my call so I just left it alone I will not be returning or recommending this location to anyone

The food is usually good, but the people working here have serious attitude issues. I do not appreciate being told to “please look at the menu” in a disrespectful tone just because I misspoke while placing my order. The manager should not be LOUDLY complaining to the employee that I am “running up (her) time” when I want my order to be correct. I will be going to the Elmwood location from now on.

Would have better luck getting the groundhog to see his shadow than getting the workers to actually check the pick up window and not have a line of cars waiting for 40 minutes. Ddnt even get the food left after nearly an hour of waiting

Lady at the window with braids just plain rude. I get it’s rally’s but if you don’t want to work there that is not my fault. She said I ran her drive thru time up and all I did was order with the AI voice and asked her to take my cash first not a huge deal.

Food was cold, and chicken tenders were over fried to where they weren’t edible. My fries weren’t in bag. Went back BC THEIR PHONES DONT WORK OR ARE TURNED OFF! Made us pay extra for the fries that came with our meal. I like the white gentleman that works in the evenings and the manager in the evenings. They told us unless we gave them $5 we couldn’t get fries that came with our meal. This place a joke.

I order 2 $5 meal deals and 2 brookies. My sandwiches were made wrong, I received no brookies, and the way my order was in the bag was messed up. When I called numerous of times, no one answered. Praying to go in the morning with receipt to resolve this issue.

This is a Great drive through burger joint with 3 out side patio tables. Standard Rallys, with outstanding people! Nice fresh product, cooked and served the way it was meant to be, in a nice safe suburban neighborhood. Fast order time, open late.
