Got told to pull around for my food. Not clear where. Waited 7 minutes for my sandwich to be wrong. Ordered the strawberries and cream desert only to recieve some kind of Mexican tasting wonton. Do not recommend. New management just as bad as old one

I came through the drive through and ordered less than $10 worth of food. There was one person ahead of me. While ordering I was asked about sauce and I ordered cheese on the side and marinara for my cheese sticks. At the drive through I paid and was told to pull around which is typical when going to rally’s and not a big deal. I waited in the parking space for 20 mins and could see people going through the drive through and getting their food so I finally went back through and asked for my food or if I could get my money back and the employee asked what I ordered and after telling him he said it was ready and to pull through the window and get it. I parked and walked up to the window since there were two cars at the window. The employee handed me my bag and I checked it. No sauce and when I asked and said the cheese and marinara was missing the employee responded with “we’re out”. So I asked for my receipt. It’s just crazy they were that slow and forgot to bring me my food… and then couldn’t even give me what I ordered and paid for. After filling out a survey a manager texted me a few days later and requested more information on the situation so I replied with my story and never heard anything back. After reading other reviews you all should really consider your approach to remedying complaints from your customers. I do not recommend eating at this restaurant.

Well the Big Buford had the smallest hockey puck patties. I’ve had children’s cheeseburgers with bigger patties. Thought it was the whole point of the Big Buford to have the bigger patties. It’d be like ordering a whopper and getting whopper Jr. Patties. Not a pleasant experience.

EVERY time I come to this location it is absolutely ridiculous and disappointing. The employees are great but the fact that they are always out of multiple items is insane . The $4 meal comes with an apple pie but they never have them and if they do its literally a Christmas miracle. I just had to pay to upsize my meal because they were out of small cup lids . That should have been a FREE upgrade. I asked for ketchup in the bag ,lo and behold ,they are out of ketchup . Corporate get your crap together . I understand sometimes establishments will be out of things , but every single time ???? Also ,I just spent $18.52 for TWO $4 meals and a small cheesestick that is priced at less than $4 . I know darn well the tax is not $6 . The math is definitely NOT mathing to me on that equation. This is CLEARLY a management issue . Do your jobs !!

I was with 2 of my staff members we stopped for lunch, we were on a eat & run type of lunch we had a 2 hr drive back home. They got their food sat down & ate I went to the restroom at the gas station next door came back & my food still wasn’t done & even the customer who ordered after me got his food & left. I finally get my food & I received the wrong flavor shake I asked for, my chicken bites were rubbery & cold & my fries were super salty. I did however enjoy my mozzarella sticks.
I don’t even eat rallys like that this was probably my 3rd time ever purchasing food from rally, but now I definitely will never do it again.

We ordered over $50 worth of food on the app and then the lady in the drive thru said they couldn’t make our food right now because she is supposed to be on her break and the other worker is outside right now. We asked if we could just get our money back and she said she couldn’t do that. So you have an opened store in the middle of the day and they’re just not making orders? Finally she said let me go see if the other person can come in and make your food. What a joke. Maybe don’t take your break if you’re the only worker and your restaurant is open. She finally got a worker in there to make the food and still took her break. It was over 25 minutes until she had our order ready. I know it will come as a shock but the order was wrong and when we told the worker this she argued with us. We waited so long back in the drive thru line that we eventually left without our missing food. While we were waiting we saw this worker yelling at another customer in front of us. When we got home the chili dogs that were in our order were made jokingly bad with chili literally coming out of the boxes. These must be the worst managed food chains in the country.

The people here are always so nice and sound like they’re working so hard. But today is not the first time that it’s taken so long to even place my order. I lost out on my entire lunch break and ended up not getting anything. This place needs more help. They’re always short-staffed or there’s always a fire that needs to be put out. The food always tastes great and they’re always so kind, but this place needs help and I know I’m not the first person that has had to leave the drive-thru cuz it’s taking longer than 10 minutes just to place the order
