As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m not sure how it’s run at this location, but I feel like the employees should not be turning cars away at the drive thru to go on break, especially when there are multiple cars waiting to order. First time I pulled up, they’re taking card only. Which makes no sense to me at all, but I went to put money on my card and came back only for the car ahead of me and me to be told that he’s going on break and no longer taking orders. I understand employees need breaks but why doesn’t this location have another employee to over breaks so they don’t have to stop taking orders?

I should have avoided ordering, i read the reviews and wanted to try. Definitely never ordering again. Its 1230 at night im trying to get a late meal through doordash waited 40 minutes for food to arrive and it was the wrong order. I wanted grilled chicken and they sent me fried! How can you not get it righ! Lol

I’ve never had a good experience here. They’ve been closed over an hour earlier than listed then screamed at me from the window they were closed. Waited almost 40 min just to place my order when there were only two cars ahead of me. My sandwich looked like roadkill hit twice and did not taste as expected not to mention landed me in the bathroom for an hour. But the most disappointing aspect is the two what used to be American flags but now look like they’ve been through the next two world wars. The only thing I can say positive is their twisted strawberry cones are extremely tasty.

It was a very mean Very old lady working drive thru . I believe her name was Delia she lied and said her name was Kisha when I said I would file a complaint lol I never heard of an old woman name Kisha. And she refused to give me a refund.

First the attitude from drive through person was uncalled for(Suggestion, if you hate your job so bad, find a new one). Second, they can’t even get their own easy food specials right. Example: They have a special where you can get 2 sandwiches for $6.50(they are with 2 patties of which ever sandwich you choose). Order was: 1 large French fry, the 2 for $6.50(a double cheeseburger plain and a spicy double chicken). They got the double cheeseburger plain correct but the spicy chicken sandwich was cold and only had 1 chicken patty. This combination is the exact reason I only go there once or twice a year, if that. Food is usually good but these kind of mistakes and the attitude is main reason I don’t like to go there. Plus trying to tell them that the order was wrong at the walk-up window is a mistake. Their attitude went from being terrible to worse that ended up in shouting match. This place isn’t worth the hassle anymore.

I was on a work detail and ordered our lunch online. I had a friend go pick up my order, in which they told him they were out of ice cream, but refused to refund my money. I hope corporate sees this and someone contacts me. Not happy at all. Will NEVER eat here again. I even tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered. The burger was supposed to be ONLY ketchup, mustard and cheese on the burger. The monsterella fries were cold. The staff was rude. Just an overall BAD experience.

Employees are rude, food is almost always wrong, lines are terrible.
If you can actually manage to get the correct food then it’s worth it. But otherwise any other place is 1000x better than this place.

I had to go thru once to get my food now I’ve been waiting 45+ minutes in their line and I still haven’t reached the window again. I definitely will not choose to spend my time or money at this location.

Update: got home after waiting 1hr 30 minutes total, my burger was still messed up and smashed (attached picture) & Fries were cold. I definitely won’t be going back to this location nor the other Belleville location because I know they’re owned by the same person. Sucks that I’ll have to drive 20+ minutes to get rallys.

*DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS RALLYS LOCATION*

I definitely will be calling corporate/management because waiting an 1hr 30minutes for food that’s messed up is just ridiculous especially considering this is “fast food” establishment
