As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Worst Rally’s I’ve had. Trash cans were packed with garbage and overflowing onto the ground. The chicken tenders my girlfriend ordered were so old, dry, and disgusting they were inedible. My burger patties were very old and toppings were wilted and old. The only thing that was hot was the fries that were a mix of fresh and very old fries. Only one car ahead of us and we waited almost 15 minutes. Hope we don’t get sick.

My wife and I go there for a Chicken Sandwich, meal and wings. I’ve never had a bad thing to say about here. The Chicken Sandwich was overcooked. Hard fries were ice code and the wings were tough and it took 10 minutes just to get the wind.

Food was good, once we got it. The lady taking our order was impatient, but it was dinner hour, I get that, but it was our first time there. We did order the funnel cake fries, and did not get them. Chicken strips and secret sauce. Very good.

I was disappointed with my latest trip to Rally’s. I made my order, paid, then I had to drive over and wait in the other drive-thru lane where you pick-up on the passenger side. I waited 20 minutes on fish. Doesn’t seem to fit the parameters that define fast food.
The GloRilla BBQ burger was hidden on the bun, and made it pretty easy to see how they could make a $4 meal.

Got there. Ordered on line. Waited to get in pick up line… it said 5min. (Remember, i ordered from their parking lot!!. Guy infront ordered at the pick up speaker….. had to wait for his whole order…. why have sep. Online order lane??? Needless to say I went signed up the app and all that. Then no cheese sauce for my loaded fries.. I said I guess just fries then. Worker and mgr? Seemed shocked i wanted the difference back. I said or throw in funnel cake fries or something. He said the price is pretty much the same. Ummm no its not! After we tried eating what we got..?? I shoulda gave her the whole bag back!! All burgers were not even luke warm…. pie was lukewarm… and the fries that I over paid for… room temp and floppy!!!! My bun was so dry…. the top broke in 3 pieces while I tried to eat my cold dry burger.
Not sure who the real manager/gen mgr is…. but he got issues he needs to address. I guess cold cheese sauce on cold floppy fries…. would of just pissed me off more!!

Rally’s is a fast food establishment where the food is delivered through a drive thru window. The restaurant isn’t a sit down style restaurant. The Big Buford is my burger of choice and their seasoned fries are the best. They have other options on the menu; such as, chicken strips and chicken sandwich’s, they also have really good shakes.
I prefer this rally’s as the workers are friendlier and there is more places to park and enjoy your burger and fries. They have picnic tables available if you want to get out of your car.

Waited in line over 20 minutes, they messed up multiple orders in front of mine. I ordered a number 2 which is the bacon Swiss burger combo and this is what I got when I opened my sandwich at home.
