As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Do not eat here! This happened with the manager tonight. I was door dashing and me and my daughter got hungry so I placed an online order. The money came out of my account but for some reason didn’t go through. I was being nice it happens but immediately he was giving me an attitude and refusing to give me what I paid for. He finally decided to make my food by saying “ok Karen I’ll make it what did you have” told him what I had and we had cokes with it. He then made a fat joke by saying “coke zero ok” and shut the window. That’s not even the worst part. After that encounter I for some reason trusted eating the food and sound a FINGERNAIL IN MY BURGER!!!! So I will never return again. I will be calling corporate in the morning and hopefully this guy will be out of a job very soon

Food and staff are good, but I do not like the fact that management isn’t giving the staff any breaks. I’m specifically talking about tonight, the staff are not getting breaks for the whole night and I’m 100% sure that is illegal. Waited in line over 20 minutes, they messed up multiple orders in front of mine. I ordered a number 2 which is the bacon Swiss burger combo and this is what I got when I opened my sandwich at home.

Ordered the new loaded Chicken Tender Pile up. Chicken was over cooked and room temperature and there was only two tenders and not that big and fries was room temperature. Paid almost $8.00 for a combo. Bethalto, Illinois location.

Haven’t even tried the food we ordered yet but was so disappointed by the service. There were no customers when we arrived. But we were immediately asked to park. I’m guessing it was so the manager could get a smoke in. After sitting in the parking lot for 5 mins other cars did come. 4 or which ordered and left before we got out two burgers and two chicken sandwiches. After 5 cars were in drive through they had to tell The manager that they needed help. The girl that brought out our food finally, acted like we were inconvenience her. The only person who smiled was the pregnant drive thru girl as she asked us to park. Sorry we even stopped and bothered then with our money. Won’t make that mistake again
