As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Staff was awesome and their service was great! But the food was awful two out of three of us eating had hair in their food, sprite tasted wrong almost like lime water? And found a hollow fried nugget in one of our fries. Love the place but the food made me want to vomit. Over all $32.00 is not worth it.

Total spent at location, $51.86. Estimated value of food received, $20.00. The bacon on my burger was closer to raw than cooked. The chocolate and strawberry milkshakes tasted like ice cream that had melted then refrozen. The 3 Sprites for the kids meals were straight seltzer water. Either the chili or cheese on the large chili cheese fries was old. Simply put, the kids cheese burger and fries and my mozzarella sticks were done right. I removed the raw bacon from my burger and ate the burger. Everything else was thrown in the trash. Why did I not return to the store? I was 30 minutes down the road when I got to my food and the kids asked for their drinks. Will be following up with a call to the manager and will not return to the location.

Nice staff, burgers were OK, fries were good. Of the two burgers we ordered one of them was made incorrectly and we had to ask for it to be redone (since we walked up to order and we’re eating at the outdoor tables it was an easy and quick fix – would have need a more time consuming and annoying problem if we had driven through and needed to return).
