As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Hamburgers were made wrong and smashed FLAT! Ordered fries and got 5 fries thrown in bottom of bag. Ordered a strawberry shake, got a chocolate one that was SO bitter it was thrown away. Absolutely horrible experience! Will never be back! Where is the thick burger on the app? Where are my fries? Why is my shake disgusting?!?

I eat here pretty regularly, food used to come out quick and hot. Now I get to wait at the window while 3/4 of the staff does anything but their job. A young man with dark hair and an older woman are both constantly making disgustingly inappropriate remarks to eachother and other staff members. I just want my food, I dont want to be a witness to your gross foreplay at work!! The other staff is clearly uncomfortable aswell. There is always another young man who is very attentive and apologetic for my inconvenience, hes the only reason this rating isnt all ZEROS!!!!! Customer service is terrible, and food quality has gone down the drain!

Ordered a single hotdog I asked for light ketchup and mustard. They loaded it sloppy as hell and the bun was ice cold I will never go back here again, and the lady at the counter was rude as hell. Beware food is definitely the worst in Burton.

Whelp, my former 5 star review dropped to the lowest possible to reflect the new ownership and disgusting products they peddle. I ordered 3 meals and they only got one of them right. My double cheese burger came with a old mushy tomato on it, as well as brownish-green lettuce, (double cheese burgers aren’t supposed to have lettuce). The fries we ordered taste like the oil they were cooked in was old, and seriously gross. I will never purchase anything from this location again. If I could leave a 0⭐ review, I would.

Food was absolutely gross and they couldn’t even make my double cheeseburger properly. Since when do they put lettuce on a double anyways, let alone brown lettuce and mushy tomatoes? The fries were also disgusting and it tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in months. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I was cheated out of a 3 MVP value meals only hot 3 burgers and apple pies missing 3 other burgers that went with the meal plus the order came to 73 dollars didn’t get a order of 10 piece wings paid for it twice order 1 ten piece original and 10 piece buffalo and 10 piece garlic and Parmesan was charged for 3 medium coke was given 2 smalls plus had to pay for the plain wings and buffalo again that place is horrible and they steal and not fix your food correct I’ll ever go there again they need to change management
