As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We haven’t had Rally’s in a long time so we decided to try it tonight. My husband & I each got the Rally Meal Deal which comes with Rally Burger, Fries, Chicken Bites & drink. We large sized it making each meal only $7 each. Rally Burger had no toppings but fries and chicken bites were great. For $7 we can’t complain & we will definitely be back. Friendly Service

Went for dinner after my sons football practice, was only car in drive through. Person came through speaker told order and felt kind of rushed because wasn’t done with order and was told total. Then when inspecting the food once got to our location noticed order was not correct.

My chicken sandwich came with something black on it with hair! So I called and the “Assistant manager “ she said our chicken is seasoned it has black stuff in it. So I let her know it wasn’t on my chicken it was on the bun! Which she continued to say well our mayo doesn’t come with hair in it so if you say so. At that point you’re being unprofessional and rude like don’t make it seem like I’m don’t see what I’m seeing . Like I want to find hair in my food.

Jo and her team are so awesome. I got out of work late and truly wanted to surprise my beautiful pregnant girlfriend with a small gesture of love tonight. I called ahead to ask if I could grab some mozzarella sticks right at close. Jo didn’t hesitate to show kindness and understanding. She knew what it was like and was happy to help. It might just be rallys, It might just be mozzarella sticks, but it was a human experience that meant more than Jo and her staff could understand. Thank you so much! I will return frequently to show my appreciation.

I have been to this Rallys a handful of times in the past month. This one and the one on Corunna rd are my favorite ones to visit. They are both clean and friendly staffed. The young lady i think she is a manager with purple hair, that young lady has some great customer service skills. I really enjoyed my visit, see you again soon!

Fast food is a treat for me. Was in the area & a hurry. The manager was trying so hard to fix any issues. Fries are the best anywhere- hot&delicious. Chicken bites were also good. Best honey mustard also(I use with fries). Our rally burgers would’ve also been delicious if the burger had been more than barely warm. Strawberry Fanta(which you can’t get many places) wasn’t working even after I had them fill it in the back.
