As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was fast and the customer service was very friendly. The loaded fries were excellent but the burger tasted like something you should only order after coming home for the bar at 2am. I probably won’t be back but it was worth trying.

Every now and then I just need Rally’s fries. They are crispy and soft at the same time somehow. They manage to be different in a field that is very difficult to stand out in. We pulled up and the kindest man working the window helped us. I was having trouble with the app and he patiently waited and calmed my nerves. There were three men working that day and all three of them spoke to me or helped me. When I got my pretzel burger and fries I was overwhelmed because I could tell they had dropped new fries and as special as I would like to think that I am I believe those men would have treated any person the same way. In a world full of races it sure did feel good to be a part of a rally that day, well done!

Fries were drenched in grease. Clearly sold by weight, not volume, the Fry Lover’s size (for a soggy, floppy, tepid product) we received to share for two is smaller than an Arby’s large.
Wife’s double fish sandwich (with the cutesy libidinous-mermaid pun of a name) had a gross, aged fish patty atop a fresher more palatable one. She said the lettuce was gray and brown in places and picked a few bits out… she never does that.
The double cheeseburger (just cheese and ketchup) was great! Already had a beverage.
We aren’t into product waste and steadily worked through it anyway. Hunger is a heck of a seasoning. But what happened back there…? I thought I remembered them being a good location!
Today, her stomach is upset and she’s swearing there is a reason we haven’t gone in so long.

I Love this Rallys location as the staff is always so pleasant and helpful. The food is always fresh no matter what (or when) I order. I come often because I love their fries but keep coming because I get such great food and service every time!

If I could give this place all zeros I would. Tonight 12/18/2025 I just placed an order that cost 27.37. They left off my bacon and put one slice on a baconzilla. One running drive thru said we was lying trying to get extra stuff. So I brought my food up to the window it’s raining and blowing I’m alll wet. I want to return my food and they locked the windows on us. 3 people were working tonight. The manager doesn’t even wear gloves making ya’ll food. Get your shit together and better employees because the ones tonight are horrible

With the name change of the Rally burger, also came a quality change. These are now off tasting, dry and pale mystery meat consistency patties. I have frequented Rallys for over 33 years, no longer. I’ve tried twice both times didn’t finish the burger just chucked it in the trash! This change is highly disappointing as this had been my favorite hamburger chain for so many years. My son worked at one in high school, so we were loyalist.

The late night manager is pretty rude. I did not receive 2 of my items. When i came back up for them, I explain my 2nd loaded fries & apple pie was not in the bag. I showed her my receipt, she looked at me as though I was a lying idiot. I showed her receipt, she looked over it still with RBF, yelled at employee that they forgot to make the 2nd fry, they handed it out the door & still didnt bother to address the apple. Apply to corporate, no response. Spend money elsewhere. Apparently they are MORE than human, and incapable of mistakes. If u cant give the food, return the money. I dont care how much it is. I didnt ask u for free food, dont take money from me like its free!

I went there tonight that’s pretty late I understand but still. hello every night almost every night and I ask for tonight I asked for a Cherry Coke light ice. I get my drink and it’s like light to drink but no light ice like you didn’t even feel the drink up so really defeats the purpose of having light eyes if I have like majority of the drink missing. there’s like 4 in of not cherry Coke in the cup. granted I did just ask for light ice I didn’t even get light ice so that kind of defeats the purpose of having light ice anyways so I’m just hella confused right now.
