As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m absolutely appalled by what happened to me tonight , I’ve tried to call but of course I get no answer, i only received 4 spicy chickens and our fries .. this is my order and I only received half of that .. they parked me because I asked for them fresh and I informed them that I didn’t mind to wait for fresh and then I waited 20 plus minutes and and then decided to pull back around and they said “ we didn’t know where your parked at “ after they instructed us where to park smh .. so not only are we missing half our order , everything was cold .. and the chickens were far from fresh , they were old and burnt !!! just an absolute complete mess !! Get it together rally’s .. you literally had one job smh !

It’s Christmas Eve and let me tell you, those employee’s did excellent with getting the long snaked line taken care of in a timely manner. We were quite impressed, did not catch the name of the kind lady at the window but you could tell despite the business she was just as kind and didn’t let the stress get to her. The AI in the drive thru was a little weird but I can understand how it’s helpful to the employee’s, just strange to deal with. Merry Christmas yall

Hot fresh fries and a cold burger make for a poor combination. I could feel the cold through the wrapper from the bun where the pickles and special sauce were. Of course the beef patty was cold too, therefore the cheese didn’t melt. I don’t know how they accomplished that.

This review is not just because of the great food at Rally’s on Virginia & Hwy 41, but to share a remarkable story about the staff’s character. My family feeds & TNR’s sad community street cats. We were thrilled to learn how deeply the staff cared about a cat that showed up at their restaurant. The kitty was prob dumped there. The staff named the cat Rally!! They looked out for him, gave him regular food, water & gave me daily updates on his well being. We were already fans of this place, but those compassionate employees make us even bigger supporters. I ordered online 20 minutes before pickup. I got there and there were 5 cars in front of me. But then I quickly discovered the left lane was for pickup orders. I drove up and my order ready.
Visited again through the drive thru. They have an automated speaker (no live person). It was a little slow but my order was correct.

Ok this is horrible… I stopped to have Rally’s one of my favorite places to eat. There is one in Mesa AZ, that we would visit after visiting my son’s grave site. But this experience was horrible if I could give a 0 I would. I’m a trucker driver, which happens to be a woman, i parked my rig and went to go over to order my food. Well they had the walk up window closed but I was able to talk to two young men who told me I could only be served in a vehicle… then I told him my rig won’t fit! Most places will take your order and bring it out or you can walk up to the window… oh no they denied me at 12:30 am. I so surprised with this since we’re both essential workers.
