As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Got the Double Big Buford. My burger was slightly cold but this is my fault as I ordered un app then had to drive to pick up and it was sitting for a few minutes.
Burger was good. As ordered. It wasn’t burnt or over cooked. Was still juicy.
Fries were still warm and really good. I got a free leg fry in app so was only little over $6 for the burger as I already had a coke.
Will eventually go back when im in marion again.

When they get it right they get it but when it comes to late night Doordash orders they are trash. I’ve tried ordering three times from them in the past couple of weeks and each time they’ve marked my orders as being prepared. As far as the first order went, the food was supposedly never made and the Dasher cancelled the order. The people in the store supposedly refused to make it despite it being before their closing hours. Second time the Dasher delivered it to the wrong address but blamed Doordash (my address has been consistent with other deliveries) and the store for marking the orders wrong. This is a Dasher issue for not paying attention but it is the store’s issue for placing the right tags on the wrong orders (unless the Dasher was lying).
Tonight I placed an order before their closing time, had the order confirmed through a Dasher, and it was marked as being prepared by the store. Dasher showed up to the store and, when they got ahold of me, said that they were closed/not preparing the order AGAIN despite me being told the order was being prepared.
Don’t order through these people on Doordash. Even if you stop through the store personally, don’t expect to have the correct order. They either hire on people who don’t care or they hire on people who take your food in the late hours.

Rude employees and kept asking me if I was done ordering as if I was a burden and they just threw my sandwich together all messy which I’m very disappointed in it’s my second time eating here and I’m not happy with the service I received from this fast food joint.

It was good at least the food was the person taking my order was rude and grouchy and just sounded like a straight b wasn’t polite at all. I feel like there definitely could have been more welcoming and they didn’t even ask what we wanted to drink with our combos or what we wanted on our sandwiches which is common practice at a fast food place. Do better please.

I asked for a big bufford with only tomato ketchup onion and bacon, they slapped 2 pieces of cheese on it, had pieces of lettuce, and had to ask for the onion the hamburgers were dry and gaggy idk how long they had sat there but it was awful I used to love these sandwiches but last 3 times I’ve been very disappointed
