As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My wife went through the drive-through to get a spicy chicken sandwich, a classic burger, and a small Coke and small fry for us for dinner.
When my wife pulled up, she noticed that this Rally’s had two drive-through’s available so she picked one. It ends up that that drive-through she chose is not even open, but wasn’t marked in a way to let their customers know that. So she had to go around the building and get in line in the other drive-through. Which wasn’t too big of a deal since it was just a car in front of her. Still, they shouldn’t have a drive-through available that no one can use

It took more than 15 minutes for my wife to get our food. While she waited and watched the employees put our food in the bag she saw an employee spill half of our fries onto the floor and put the little that was left into our bag. The employee who handed the bag to my wife was unapologetic about dumping half of our fries, the wait time or anything else.
Our sandwiches and fries were cold. My wife paid an extra $.99 for a slice of cheese and $.20 for a slice of tomato for her hamburger and they didn’t put the cheese on.
The whole experience was a complete fiasco. We eat out a lot, and this was one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve ever had.
In the hope that the management at Rally’s wants this restaurant to improve I took the time to complete their online survey and shared our experience with them.

It used to be the best one, bu5 they have fallen to the same crap service as others. Specially when your employees have trash attitudes and screw up the order. What did they do to fix the issue, not sang thing. Didnt offer a coupon, free fries nothing. O but they will argue with you.

Needed something quick to eat. Rally’s was the one place I found open at the time since it was late. Ordered the chicken bites box thing. Never had an issue before. Once I got home and opened it up, I could immediately tell they were gonna be bad. Both the fries and chicken were over cooked (or old?). Everything was hard and awful. I could tell just by looking at it so you know the workers could tell and decided to still serve it.

The Rallys team that took care of us at nearly 1AM on our way out of town was fast and friendly. Food was hot/fresh and filled our tummies for a nearly four hour drive.

Pretty skanky! We were there late tho and it was super slow then I asked if that was all of my order since it didn’t seem like there was enough. She assured me it was all, it was NOT so back thru the line to wait forever. Everyone else on the car was finished with there’s before we got the red rod the order.

Already rated 5 stars but tonight… wow!!! Hubby didnt wanna bring home work food so we decided on rallys; I got the chili dog and spicy chicken with a parmesan loaded fry (saving my chicken sandwich for later cus I’m stuffed!) My fries were so crispy and fresh even covered in cheese and parmesan garlic, my chili dogs were topped well and very warm! Best rallys experience we have had so far!
