As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Its fast food lol just like many restaurants tell you it ant .. Good wings take time but always fresh worth the wait always for FRESH.. Girls at store really compitant and friendly at window . Make sure orders RIGHT ..Atmosphere well not a very good area lol but has some outside seating available .Primarily drive though carryout bussiness but better than the one downtown didnt wait long considering volume of busdiness.. Wow I went between the hours of 4-6 too and had the worse experience EVER in Customer Service. The short heavy set girl with the Afro ponytail was beyond disgusting in behavior. This will be the second time I’ve had a bad experience with her. First she was already in heat cursing after arguing with a previous person when I asked what’s her name she closed the window without saying a word. Secondly, after blowing my horn to get her off her pink phone showing her co-worker something on her phone she came back to the window. When I asked to speak to her manager she closed the window again and he came to the window. This Rally’s need a diverse staff in age, race and experience. This cashier is not friendly and very very negative and angry. She needs mental help. A mentor and guidance. Poor customer service after a long days of work.

Here’s the thing. Rallys has always been one of my favorite places to get quick food. I haven’t had any issues with the food, only the businesses. Everytime I order from Rallys I get a simple Cheese Fry. That’s all I want. Online there is no option to remove the chili so I call. But everytime I call there is no answer and the line is ALWAYS busy. Now I have no way of getting chili-less cheese fries. Either the doordash part should also allow cheese only or just answer the phones.

Rallys really does fast food right. I’m surprised to see that some locations have closed. Their chicken tenders are the best. Their fries are literally the best of all the FF chains. Burgers are very original, and also very good. They always have some of the most competitive pricing too. Prices are up, and it’s easy for people to think Rallys is getting expensive, but they have offerings that best out just about every other option. Spare Wendy’s 4 for 4.44 though. That’s really the best value in fast food today.

Sat in line for 40mins because the drive wasn’t moving. I couldn’t get out. And still had even got to order. Called in to ask how much long was rudely told if I don’t like to go some where else and then the guy hung up. And. Then wouldn’t answer the phone so I could talk to the manager. Will not go there again.
