As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went to this Rally’s❤️ a lot and all the time in high school where I would buy the chicken bites box. Drive thru has been good most of the time. The last time I’ve been here they were closed and the employee was sitting out in the parkinglot. Won’t be back at this location.

Grabbed lunch here a few days ago while running errands. Service was quick and the staff seemed pretty friendly even though it was kinda busy. I got a chicken sandwich combo and fries, everything came out hot and fresh. The place looked clean too which I liked. Not the best I ever had but honestly pretty good for a quick bite, I’d stop by again.

I am literally sitting here waiting for my sandwich. I was the only vehicle and was told they would be with me shortly (twice) as I was abiut to leave i was finally able to place my order. I am now sitting in a parking spot waiting over 20 minutes so far. I am leaving without my food that I already paid for. This is BS. Now I am out just over $5 with no food and no choice because I have to pick up my granddaughter from school and stop somewhere else to get her sandwich!

I ordered from the drive thru their #7 chicken sandwich meal. I was asked to pull forward after paying so that they could finish the chicken (that’s fine of course).
I ate half of it on the drive home and wrapped the rest up. When I got home and unwrapped it to finish, I saw almost-completely-raw chicken. Pretty gross.
I tried calling the store, but the number given on Google is disconnected.

Went here after work at 9:20pm, some friends and I placed mobile orders in which they took the money out of our bank. Pulled up to the drive-thru and noticed one worker (Caucasian, Slight Beard and a mustache) was being rude to customers and calling them dumb before he talked to us. We told him about our mobile orders and he told us “there were no tickets the past 3 hours” but he was very hostile and passive aggressive towards us as if we were just three dumb girls. He didn’t want to help us or ask to even see the confirmation # and email that we told him we had. Basically stole our money from us. Customer service needs to be enforced here.

They then demanded to see my receipt before they would give me the correct order
Do not go hear very unprofessional
All they had to do was hit the second receipt button on the register to get what I just payed for
But instead refused to give me the food I ordered till I have them the receipt I was just given
If u can’t make food right then you should not be working at a fast food place
Stay away from here

I had previously sworn off Rally”s on East State Street. However I was driving by a little before 1:AM and saw their lights on, and a car at the drive up window. I went ahead and pulled on in. I gave my order, paid for it quickly, the gentleman at the window was kind, and I got my order with care. I didn’t wait long at all. I don’t know what these guys are doing, but they’re doing it right. That was the best damn Burger I’ve had in a long time. The fries were also fresh and cooked to perfection. Thank you men for a damn good meal!
