Prices are completely different if you order through the app vs in person. I waited at least 5 minutes to be greeted by an employee at the drive thru speaker & only after saying “hello” multiple times and waiting another few minutes. The app says you can pick multiple choices for the mvp meal deal but the employee said they only allowed apple pies and cheese burgers (even though the sign says chicken sandwiches or cheeseburgers plus apple or strawberry pies) If the food wasn’t decent and I hadn’t waited until after 9pm to eat that day I would have taken my business elsewhere!

I ordered rallys on doordash my first order was stolen by the driver named matthew i reordered a bbq bacon mother cruncher combo with extra onion tanglers and extra pickles! I got 2 to 3 pickles not extra and im missing the main ingredient the chicken patty! How do you miss the main ingredient!!!! They also refuse to answer the phone when being called! How does this place stay open? How am i paying for a meal that doesnt have the main ingredient?! I will be calling again in the morning to complain and i will keep calling until someone answers i should not have to keep ordering to get my chicken sandwich right!!!! I would give less stars if i could everything was cold had to be rewarmed and im very upset! I hope someone gets some very needed relearning about how to make a sandwich tbh!!!!

Let me just say I have had very few poor experiences with my local Rally’s establishments over my lifetime. I would not normally do this to any place I enjoy eating from time to time but this is the last straw. I have on at least 2 other occasions of eating at my local Rally’s been served partially raw food. This has rendered me from eating there in the past from more than 1 location. So on this day I am here to report the serving of raw chicken tenders. Please always check any meat products that get served by Rally’s because the staff is not always in tune with the importance of proper food preparation. I ate a few bites a this before I wanted to vomit at what I saw.

Whoever the lady was tonight 2/12 working the drive through window put a smile on her face and had immaculate customer service, i 10/10 recommend this location right here!! They never fail to give you fresh tasty food and excellent customer service! She loved my pup too

Poor customer service- driver beware. Random homeless man hanging around drive thru, walking between Gyros and this one. Drivethru cashier purposely not talking orders to space the cars out and then pushing cars to the parking lot where the man is approaching cars and throwing stuff. So, tell me why you want your customers to move over to the lot side instead of taking the order quickly and keeping your customers safe and moving along? The timer is not more important than customer and employee safety.
I had to tell the window kid and the manager 2 x you have a random dude throwing objects and approching your customers in their cars. If the manager had continued to argue, I would have asked for my money back and left. If you haven’t been to this location there are curbs to keep cars from exiting the drivethru lane. Won’t be back after this event.

The guy at the window (William)was the grumpiest person I have ever encountered at a drive thru. Literally the most combative over sauce. We weren’t trying to get free sauce. But he got upset that we added sauce on at the window and lectured us on the proper way to order sauce. It was weird and rude and unnecessarily combative

Rallys is advertising that if you buy one Big Buford, you can get a second one for a dollar. However, they are NOT telling people they cannot buy sides or a drink with them and get the deal. If you buy sides, you have to buy 2 combos and get a different deal. I took pictures of all the signage and did not see anything VISIBLE saying you could not buy sides…. I thought when a restaurant offered deals like that, they were trying to sell more product, not less. This is the second time in less than a month that they did not honor their advertised sale prices. Last time, it was a 2 for price on their red LED reader board, which the manager says he has no control over whether the prices are correct. Wow…. this is very poor management.

I had my first Rally’s meal of the Big Buford and large fries and a coke a few nights ago. One of the best choices of my life. The food was delicious. I have since eaten the loaded Parmesan cheese fries and the Baconzilla. I can confirm that these are all spectacular choices. They have me nearly addicted to the place.
Thank you, Rally’s, for this experience. And for being open late when I usually eat!

If I could give a no star rating I would… lemmie just start off by saying I sat back at the speaker for a good 10 mins after I had completed my order, no one ever came back over the intercom. I can see what looked to be 3 guys and a girl just laughing and talking at the window,I still yet to have been acknowledged… I sat for another 4..5 mins and ask “umm did you get my order”? I am replied back with the most unfriendly rude lady’s voice… I had to repeat order twice…
So as I’m sitting at the window the lady working the window (autumn) is just as rude as when she was talking thru the intercom. So my order was not correct by anymeans, my kids couldn’t even eat there dinner due to having mustard all over the hotdogs, I guess the lady never put in for the chicken I had repeatedly mentioned..
I have been in the food industry since I was 14yrs old, I’ve been at the bottom at the totem pole all the was up to gm, I’ve has my bad days had ppl be totally rude but it never caused me to be as rude as this girl was tonight… it’s called costumer service! Which this young lady so very lacked.. I love rallys but heyy management you really need to get your employees in line, if there lacking good ppl skills put them in a non public position….
