As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m not kidding. I haven’t been in a fast food in a while that treated us like this the manager, though she looked a bit tired, but I can understand she was still professional and very helpful. The cashier was very friendly. The food was excellent taste great clean and fresh I wish all fast food were like this. Thank you! ‼️

I recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at your [location] and feel it’s important to bring it to your attention.
We had four orders and walked to the window. The staff let us stand there until we tapped on the window, at which point we were told walk-up service was “closed unless we had a bike or a wheelchair.” This felt discriminatory. When we explained we had four orders, one employee said that was fine and told us to order from the car.
Once in the drive-thru, we placed two orders when another person came on the intercom and told us that was all we could order — no exceptions. This directly contradicted what we were told moments earlier. The same employee who gave us permission to order four meals then got on the intercom and was rude and disrespectful. When I told him I would be contacting corporate, he said he didn’t care because they are a franchise and I would “get the same lady” who was also rude.
They claimed they couldn’t take more orders because there was a line of cars, yet there were no cars behind us. One of the young employees even told us to reverse and get out of their line.On top of this, none of the staff were wearing gloves or hairnets, which raises serious food safety concerns. The entire experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and unacceptable.The final straw was when a lady told us we could pull up to get our food — but by then, I no longer wanted anything from a business that treats customers this way. I will not be returning to this location and will be sharing this experience publicly to warn others.I hope action is taken to address the rudeness, conflicting information, and lack of proper hygiene protocols at this location. I’ll be calling the health department on Monday.

This location is awesome! The staff are super friendly and I have never had them get my order wrong! The food is spot on and always tastes awesome! The big buford is my favorite fast food burger and the fries are the best! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Horrible service. I have been in this area for 6 years now and I finally said I’m going to write a review. I am currently without my car and had to use Doordash. My order was cold and I am posting the picture of the big Burford I received. Mind you the only thing I did not want on it was ketchup and I added bacon. I will never go/order from here ever again. I’d starve. O and to top it off the order was $35 and they were trying to only give me back $8. I have a 3yr old and a 13yr that I ordered for besides myself.

Man I just left and had to pull over. Not only am I pleased with Quincy at the drive through, but that young man warmed my heart today. I’m asking for a small favor whoever reads this. Show him so love. His service with a smile was excellent deserves a corporate job. It is rare that young people even say Hi anymore or ask how you are doing? I was having a day.
