As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They are so as molasses. I came over here for my lunch break and ordered a simple order. I ordered a big Buford combo with no onions and an order of funnel fries. It took about eight minutes before I got to the Window to pay. I get my food then when I got to the window, the funnel fries weren’t even ready so I told them never mind take it off. I get back to eat my sandwich and it has onions on it. So if you’re trying to come here for lunch. Go somewhere else, because you will definitely be late getting back

Very sketchy place, while I was sitting there trying to enjoy my food (that was nasty) cars kept circling around me. I felt very uneasy. I know that’s not completely the businesses fault but something they need to take matters into.
The food on the other hand was terrible, the chicken tasted like cardboard, the fries were just plain awful too. The ranch and bacon were terrible as well. I am sick after eating the food, and I have never had this experience from a restaurant before.

This Rally’s is the BEST! Everyone is always so kind, and I absolutely LOVE their milkshakes! I enjoy my neighborhood Rally’s, because even if traffic is bad, I can walk over and order at the window. Having this Rally’s is a treat for my neighborhood (MK Zone 2)! Thank you all so much for everything!

I’m doordashing again tonight, and I’ve already been at this store for 20 minutes and I STILL in line and haven’t made it to the window. The midnight crew lacks in efficiency and timeliness every time I’m picking up orders from here. I would love to see more structure and productivity from the employees working the night shift.

Oh jeez.. AVOID like the plague. I’m a Doordasher and UberEats driver. I don’t know how many times I went there and had to cancel the order because the guys working there simply wouldn’t GIVE me the order!! There’s two lanes. The one on the left is for delivery. They will not answer the intercom on that side and they will not hand you the food on the other. If you drive delivery, don’t take the order for this place. Trust me.

We were in indy for 4 days we ate at white castle, McDonald’s, firebird, and of course this rallys was the second best. But for your pocket book it’s better. Because our bill was 200 at firebird ans like 20 at rallys.

The food was amazing! There was mix up with another customer & our friends that were with us, but I thought the staff was very friendly, they just seemed overwhelmed cause they were slam packed with drive up orders & there was only 3 of them. We did have to wait at the walk up window for a minute, but it was no problem on our end! Overall, the food was delicious! It was our 1st time having Rally’s in person, as we don’t have one where we live, only the frozen fries sold at Walmart! The burgers were delicious & the mozzarella sticks were some of my favorites! Thank you guys at this location for serving actual quality food!!! I hope the get you more staff on shift, to help on busy days!
