As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Just left after a very rude experience. I tried to order a Fanta for my drink and the cashier says they didn’t have any. I said it’s on the menu and apparently that’s justification for them to be rude for the rest of the transaction.
After I said Fanta is on the menu, they the lady taking my order became real prompt without actually listening. Because when I got to the window, I had to replace my order again because they didn’t get it the first time. Finally got my food and without saying “here you go” or anything at all, they shut the window immediately.

I ordered two Large milkshakes and received two medium size. When I asked about it I was told that they “had downsized” the milkshakes. For $5.00+ each it was not worth it. I paid with a $50.00 bill and got $30.00 in change. I pointed that out and got my other $10.00. As someone who loved the Banana shakes, I will not be back.

This used to be the place to go for hot and fresh food. Lately its gotten bad. Sandwiches hard and cold not made right. Fries not even a full order for almost 4 I expect the box to be full not half full. And when saying something about it they get an attitude like how do we know you didnt eat any of them. Like I pulled up and took them out of the bag and came right back even backed up to the window again.

The night before last I went there to get 4 cheeseburgers plain and a onion fry cheeseburgers are never warm their always argumentative when I ask them to re make them they wanna argue because to them they think their warm then when they did make new sandwiches you could hear the girls the unprofessional staff members making rude comments because I ask for it fresh literally I could hear the comments with the drive thru window closed very unprofessional

Alright went to Rallys at 11pm on 6/12/25 hoping for a Delicious Big Buford combo, pulled up to the speaker, the cashier said they were out of meat, offered other choices, which included a spicy chicken, i ordered a spicy chicken combo, waited 15mins, 3 workers went on smoke breaks visibly in front of me during my wait. Every car behind me drove off, i think ive even heard they werent accepting anymore orders at this time. Got to the window, politely asked if I could get a discount or coupon for my wait, the cashier asked, then relayed they dont do coupons or discounts, slammed the drive thru window afterwards, I got my food tossed at me(i thought i pulled up close enough). The fries were great, the sandwich however was flattened, wasn’t hot, wasn’t spicy and didn’t taste like chicken, but wasn’t fish.
I do understand that it may have a long day for them, I’ve worked fast food for 15 years, but I expect better if im gonna wait 15mins and not have the option of what I actually wanted.
They could hire me for a day and I’d show their employees how to make quality food in a timely manner.

I think this restaurant did fantastic the other day. The service was rather quick and even being quick our food was hot and fresh. I loved that I had to wait to eat the fries bc they were hot! That’s a good thing. Lots of places give old soggy fries. They are just good fries too! The window workers were pleasant and gave plenty of ketchup when asked. I’ always wished there was sitting in site but love the outside options available. Keep up the good work!
