As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

11:30 a.m. on a Sunday January 11th only person working at the rallies cannot fathom how to ring up three large fries long story short drive-thru attendant ended up shutting the window telling me to have a nice day without taking payment or giving me my order. He did not want to be there today and you can certainly tell this man and not want to be there. I will not be going to this location again just because of the incident today.

STOP USING ROBOTS TO TAKE ORDERS!!!! Messed up my order and left out half of it. Had to ask for multiple items in my order because the robot didn’t add it! The robot was slow and unhelpful. The 2 double cheeseburgers were ice cold, the BBQ Buford was suppose to have no mayo, it had no BBQ or mayo and it was cold. The cokes tasted like chemicals. They forgot our apple pies

So I went to Rallys on upper valley at 7:16 Saturday, June 28. The guy that handed me the food and took my card had a sly smile on his face. The person in the kitchen in the back was barking like a dog sounded like a real dog made me feel really uncomfortable didn’t trust either of them handed me my food. I asked him if the district manager still ran this location by her name and he had a smirk/sneaky smile on his face as if he was trying not to laugh and shook his head no. A waste of time, gas and $13
It was too obvious the way he was acting was not professional at all definitely going reach out to someone to resolve this matter. I still got the food that I ordered in my bag and I’m going take it up to management. I believe he was a supervisor on duty very immature very childish punks like that don’t deserve a job grow up. There’s people that would love to have your job. It’s an embarrassment to your company if I could give zero stars, I would like I have $13 to throw down the drain. I didn’t even get to eat dinner tonight. Smh The way he was acting was enough for me not to trust eating this food. I will keep it Wrapped and still in the bag and of course I got to be at work 7 AM tomorrow other wise I would be there first thing when they open but I’m still going take it up there and talk to the general manager. I don’t feel bad about this review at all management can thank the workers that acted like this that caused me to leave this review. Very sad and a bad reflection to your restaurant.

The person at the drive through was very rude, upon ordering our food we were told that it would “take a while for all our food” in a tone that indicated they thought we had ordered a lot (we didn’t, we were ordering for 4 people and we were the only people there). When handing the food he shoved the food at the person he handed it to, keep in mind the person he shoved it towards was a child. The buns on several of the burgers were burnt on top of this.
