As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Last night me and my family went through the drive-through and got their meal deal for $5.12 first off. They gave us a DoorDash order so we had to go back to get the correct order after calling and them saying that they would be happy to remake it when we arrived. They only made the sandwiches and didn’t replace the fries which was BS because all the sandwiches were wrong. The second time we came up we ended up asking for a refund because it was lack of service the lady working stated that she had someone in the back that was new but they had five employees working there and none of them to assist whoever was new as they stated very disappointing because rallies is one of our favorite places, unfortunately it’s not one that will be going to in the future at least at this location

Just ordered tonight jan 18th and we received very cold food soggy fries and not only that our burgers were both incorrect both hamburgers were supposed to come with two patties and one with a pretzel bun well what we got was just reused food with single patties and incroect ingredients. This was very disappointing. These companies need to be more caring and carful resuing old nasty food

Haven’t had Rally’s in a while and happened to see an ad for their strawberry cheesecake bites which were alright, some didn’t have much filling though which was disappointing. (Don’t expect them to look like the picture either lol..but that’s pretty common for fast food.) But anyway this is why we ended up at Rally’s. I did an online order and admittedly got there a bit later than what it showed my available pickup time to be. So, I was prepared for the fact that it wasn’t going to be the hottest meal. (However reading reviews it seems whether I’d had been on time or not this was the most likely outcome anyway.) But I went through the drive thru to pickup my order and the dude was cool about it and handed my order to me ..but then told me next time to know to pull up over there without really clarifying but I assume he meant the other window though. Idk why utilizing the line that clearly makes most sense for a vehicle with 1 person is considered incorrect though. If I used the other drive thru line with it just being me in the car that would make the pass over quite a bit awkward, leaning over my passenger seat to reach for a full drink carrier. ..idk I’ve never really understood the necessity of the two drive-thru lines here anyway as I’ve never seen the place busy. But okay cool, again it’s not common for us to order from here anyway so I just apologized and said okay and continued on my way. But when I got home and started passing out orders is where the main disappointment is, both drinks and fries weren’t even filled adequately. The apple pies that came or were supposed to come with two of the orders weren’t included. Despite us ordering different burgers they were all visibly the same thing as far as we noticed. I was looking forward to the dang pie so that’s where a lot of my saltiness comes into play. But everything combined when paying $40 was just frustrating. I will say the cheeseburger I had, whatever kind it was tasted pretty good. I didn’t bother with the fries but I will take the blame there with my lack of time management skill. All in all probably will continue to be one of those very, very rare once in a blue moon type places. And judging by others reviews…which I should have looked at BEF0RE choosing to eat here, Rally’s should be sweating when it comes to this location cause good lort.

had one of the worst fast‑food experiences of my life at the Rally’s on Smithville Rd. My wife and I ordered 2 Big Bufords, 2 Big Buford Combos, 1 Smokey Big Buford Combo, and 2 additional shakes. When I realized we didn’t receive everything, I tried to explain it to the employee at the speaker, but she cut me off, acted rude, and told me to pull out of the line.
I parked and went up to the window hoping to get the rest of my order or at least talk to someone. Instead, the entire crew literally stood there staring at me like I wasn’t even there. No response, no apology, no attempt to fix the order—just ignoring me completely.
I’ve never experienced service this unprofessional or disrespectful. For the amount of money we spent, the absolute bare minimum should’ve been basic communication. This location seriously needs new management and customer service training.

fast food restaurant. There’s some kind of digital ordering guide thing or whatever it is. But it seems like every time you order is wrong. I asked for no mayonnaise or ketchup on my classic burgers. So they did put no mayonnaise or ketchup on it but they also didn’t put no mustard on it. I don’t like my sandwich completely dry. I don’t like the trio together. Price of seem to be going up.

Ordered a large baconzilla combo. Pibb is out of syrup essentially drinking club soda, got 2 small burgers, ordered 2 large fries, get 1 small. Its a shame you spend 20 dollars and not a single thing of the meal is correct

All I have to say everyone that’s working tonight including the manager who’s making the food is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Get to the window asked can I not have mayo in my food and someone in the back says well it’s already made, like I’m supposed to just say ok NEGATIVE!!! I don’t like mayo so I do not want it on my food! Then I asked the little girl yes little girl because that’s how she was acting for my friend change and she’s going to ask me what he need his change for like excuse me, I do not care if it was a half of penny it’s his money!!! Goes to check my food hot dogs only had chili when it comes with onions and cheese. So I ask for the onions and cheese. She takes my food brings it back with literally whole cut onions on them and no cheese smh! At this point we just leave! Don’t like your job go do something you like doing simple!!!!

My sandwich was completely out of wrapper sitting on bottom of bag with fry boxes and rest of food sitting on top. Food was cold and my wife’s burger was falling apart because it was thrown together and bun and lettuce etc was barely on top and sliding off and wrapped that way
