As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Terrible. Asked for the burger to upgraded with a pretzel bun, at the window they told me they were out. I said that’s fine. Get home and the burger had NO BUN OR SAUCES and the pop was COMPLETELY flat. If I wasn’t sure I’d get worthless AI by calling I’d have words with people. How is this place still open?

They won’t give any refills even though there’s literally a statement from the ceo saying that they do.
Was told today that I had to buy ketchup in the app. When you’re supposed to get condiments with items they don’t give it to you.
Half the time you show up and the workers are just chilling outside sometimes no one is inside working.
The drive thru system is annoying and you can’t make any real customizations in the app.

Our favorite place to stop on our way home from work. This store has the best quality of food of all of the chain in the Cincinnati area. Food is always fresh, made when ordered. They’ve kept a few of the same staff who always seem to be hard at work. Appreciate the location. Keep doing your thing!

I’ve always liked their vibe with double drive thru and a walk up window with outdoor seating with umbrellas. I remember years and years ago the fries being better so they must have changed the oil since. But I still order them and enjoy them with a sauce. Their little chicken and fries basket is a nice treat. I was impressed with the chicken nuggets! My husbands5go to choice is the mushroom and Swiss but has to request extra sauce to not be dry. I love it as well! The dessert I was disappointed in was the little bag of fruit pantries because very dry so not enough filling.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and both patties were literal hockey pucks, I didn’t get the ranch for my chicken tenders, my change ($3.26) was given to me completely in coins, and my fries were stale. Only giving an extra star due to the fact that my order was correct beyond the missing ranch. Still – won’t be coming back.

A small location for rallys some of the neon needs replacing during the night. Employees seem quite lax in the evening hours ordered food took almost 45 mins from time of online order placement. They had the pickup lane blocked off and no answer to the drive through speaker so had to walk up to the window for service although they did keep me updated on the time to take on the food and were very pleasant to speak with and the food was still amazing as ever

Everything was okay until I went to sit down and eat my food with my family. Then all the sudden the manager or owner of the place told us we have to leave. So in other words we can’t eat on the patio anymore? Then get rid of it and it was trashed apparently nobody knows how to use the trash can

Rallys is one of the better fast food places IMO, but it is still fast food (hence the 4/5) There is no “atmosphere” b/c its carry out/drive thru only. The service wa fantastic!

Unfortunately bathrooms are not made for oversized people, Lady’s bathroom has a prison toilet seat. Sinks are unholy… would not recommend performing baptism in these sinks. At least the water coming out of the hole in the sink wasn’t brown this time!
