We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rolled through the drive thru around 1am last night & was greeted with the automated voice on the box. My order was 100% accurate, when I got to the window I joked about the robot worker lol and the staff matched my silly energy. Geawnna was working the window and she gave the best customer service ! The two guys working on shift with her were friendly as well. Our food came out SUPER fresh and timely. Definitely appreciate this type of customer service, we’ll definitely choose this Rally’s location over the others any day !

It was my first time going to this location and first time trying Rally’s. I was greeted by the automated box but it kept getting everything wrong and kept restarting. Then some guy inside rudely stated just pull forward and huffed. I then get to the window and he was trying to repeat my order and I asked basically is a burger and nuggets were on there. Then he basically said “ma’am you’re making this harder and complicated and adding extra stuff”. I know what I ordered and what he said wasn’t correct so I was trying to make sure I got the correct food but he refused to listen. He then overcharged my card and the food was all wrong and didn’t get the correct drinks either. Food and drinks was on the receipt we didn’t even order and everything was doubled. Edward has extremely terrible customer service and he was extremely disrespectful and should not be working at fast food place if he can’t have patience and have good costumer service. Will not be returning. Costumer service representative denied what I had to say as well and was extremely rude as well. Get it together.

Went through for lunch on Tuesday Feb 3rd. Line was long and the parking lot was still covered in snow. The gentlemen ( I didn’t get his name… he was an older black man) working was by HIMSELF! He was still very composed and polite!! And most of all…. My order was CORRECT and FRESH! Give that man a raise, he showed up when else did and handled business!!

Their mushroom and Swiss burger is excellent! Also pretty good chili dogs and fries. The last time I went thru the drive thru at this location they had AI take my order which was interesting and there were zero errors!

I was otw to an appointment and stopped there remembering how much I loved their fries as a kid…

Well long story short… I got that $5 pretzel burger meal… And I won’t be returning.

Do NOT spend your money with them!
They overcharged my card! They Didn’t give me the correct food I ordered! And the food I received was AWFULLY COLD! And Everything was wrong! Except the fries……..
And then goes to tell me they can’t compensate me for it! Exchange… Or do nothing about it .
WORST RALLYS EXPERIENCE EVER ! Service was shitty ! Never returning back as a customer .and I waited 15 minutes total waiting for cold food .

The appearance definitely gives “Greasy Spoon” vibes. However, the line went fast which was surprising because it was peak lunch hour when I came threw. The app was OK to maneuver when placing my online order. And when I arrived my order was hot and ready. I took one star because my order was missing an item but the staff was nice there was no biggie .

Correction: My order was not missing my cheese sticks… when I got home and took everything out of the bag I noticed that my bag of 3 large fries had the cheese sticks in them. The cheese sticks look very much the fries, until you bite into one. I stand corrected. Therefore, I added the 1 star back. Good job!
