As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went here mainly to get a large order of fries. I also got a single cheeseburger. The french fries were awesome as always. These are the best french fries that money can buy if you ask me. They’re hamburger was just fair. I think they realize it’s not the star of the show. The drive-thru line was reasonable and the service was good enough.

Been amazing every time I go! The guys who were working the other night were beyond sweet to me. I was paying with change cuz that all I had and they were cutting up with me. Helped me download the app and helped me get a free sandwich. Was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Love the walk up windows to order. Nostalgic. Not a fan of the robot lady that takes the orders though the employees say it works well. I just think someone out there could be doing that job but I guess it’s the way of the future. The coke here tastes sooo good by the way.

So I ordered food 7-11-2023 at 10:25 p.m., I ordered a rally burger cheese only mustard another rally Burger small fry and a medium fry. I stopped in today and I talked to the manager, a black gentleman and he took and looked at my receipt and he said did you call. I said no it was kind of late 10:25 p.m., he handed me my receipt back he said well come at 4:00 talk to the manager the messed up your order because you have no proof that we messed up the order. He refused to make right on order that they messed up. They still $11.77 from me.

They are now using an automatic voice recognition to take orders in the drive-thru. You can ask to speak to a representative. If there was a digital screen to review the order that would be better.

Simply amazing. The food is amongst the best fast food out there. Amazing fries, cheese sticks and onion rings and the burgers are to die for. My favorite combo is a Big Burford with a large chili cheese fries and a large cherry coke. Another amazing thing is the automated drive thru. An AI takes your order and it eliminates a lot of human error. They also have a 2 sided drive thru. One window for online order pickup and another for regular drive thru ordering. One of my favorite places to go.
