I honestly haven’t been too or ate at a Rally’s in 15 years since I worked there. This was my first time at this location, and it was on Christmas Eve night at that. They were the only place open so of course they were incredibly busy, which my family and I knew would happen. I must say, for how incredibly busy they were, the cashier and manager were absolutely amazing!! They had an upbeat attitude, were extremely friendly, and did their best to keep up. I even experienced an extremely rude customer where the manager needed to step in, and she handled the situation perfectly. I placed my order online and I really did not wait too long to get my order. For my first time being there, on one of their busiest nights of the year, I was extremely impressed. Kudos to the entire staff!!

Ordered online at 7pm. Made this review while waiting at 7:40pm in the line after arriv8ng at the store. Was told to pull around and park on the side… am likely still waiting for my food when you read this.

I stopped at Rally’s today. I got a double Big Buford combo meal and a chicken bite meal. I also got a order of the Big Buford bites. The order came to under $20. The food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. The photo is of the medium drink next to a large dunkin tea. The Big Buford bites were great. They tasted just like a cheeseburger in a crispy shell. You could taste the burger, pickles, ketchup, mustard and cheese.

Was yummy despite the difference in what I got vs how it was depicted.( No pickles or actual strips of bacon; just crumbles and cheese sauce) our cashier was amazing and deserves a raise for running 2 windows and making the burgers. We ate outside despite the heat and enjoyed ourselves.

Got the Baconzilla! “Warning: there will be bacon.” OK, not sure where all the bacon was, but it sure wasn’t on my sandwich. I literally got 1 tiny piece cut in half. A tiny one inch piece and a half inch piece if that. Far from a “Baconzilla”! The burgs & cheese was good, but why no 4 full slices of bacon??? What a joke.

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been to this store several times the last 3 the same managers has worked. She has been rude yelling cursing saying she’s quitting and refused to take our order last night 4/7 when we were in there saying you have to order through a delivery service cause that’s all she was doing. The only other Rally’s is on 30th but that’s way further from my home in Massillon.
It’s been 2 yrs so I decided to give Allys another shot. I’m currently sitting in the drive thru got an attitude because they screwed up my order and act like they refuse to fix it. I cant eat raw onions and mustard makes me sick both were on my food after I ordered it without both items. The guy with blonde hair working drive thru is the use as hell because they said we are closed for a delivery. It’s not my fault they screwed it up. This is why I haven’t been here in 2 damn years

Katie was very very sweet. Her customer service skills are excellent! Very kind & good attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job. I had a pretty big order that was delivered to my car everything fresh! I will be coming back. Thanks for a great experience.
