We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window the young lady said they had a rush, that’s why it’s taking so long. I was literally the only one in line. Then she said it’s taking even longer because it takes apple pies 8 minutes. I ordered 1. Make that make sense.

I was taken aback when ordering at the drive-thru when I had to give my order to a robot. I couldn’t find a child’s menu so asked the robot if they had one and an employee came over the speaker to answer. I’m not sure what the point of a robot is if there’s an employee sitting there listening the whole time?

When we got our order, I was about to pull out of the driveway when I noticed they’d forgotten one of our drinks. We were going to go back through the line, but there was already several cars in line so we decided a drink wasn’t worth it and left.

The fries were really good, but I noticed there wasn’t a big difference between size for the price. The picture shows a medium vs large. The burgers would have been really good, but they were extremely salty. I’m not sure if that’s a regular thing for Rallys as this was our first time there, or if it was just an accidental too much salt thing that night. The ingredients did taste pretty fresh.

We paid almost $30 for barely any fries, our 2 burgers, and a burger under $2 for our toddler.

I ordered from doordash my food was supposed too be here at 10pm but since rallys takes all day too make a simple order I had 3 dashers leave and finally one stayed and my food didnt get done until 10:15 and didn’t arrive until 10:30 how can this be fast food if yall making it slow

Was in town for appointment, was craving a good burger and fries. The lady in the drive thru was nice. However burger was cold cheese wasn’t even melted it was cold like it came out of the fridge. Half the fries where good and crispy other half mixed in ice cold and soggy. What a turn off. I’ll never go there again. I gave two stars cause the service is nice otherwise I’d have no stars

As a doordash driver i’ve picked up doordash orders here probably 20 times over the past year and every single time has came with rude staff and ridiculously absurd wait times no matter the size of the order. I’m writing this review as i stand outside of the pickup window at 10:42pm as i’ve already been here for 20 minutes (was supposed to be gone with the order 15 minutes ago). Mind you there’s 4 workers and literally 3 of them are standing with their arms crossed doing absolutely nothing while the 4th workers slaving away. And i’m not sure why it’s this location specifically but i’ve only ever had problems from this specific rallys. Also, they had a complaint number on the window that i’ve tried to call months ago but it isn’t up anymore and when i did call it sent me to voicemail. DONT GO TO THIS RALLYS.

I’ve been there many times and they always got some bull crap going on we have managers throwing food at customers we have managersgibing random people other employees personal information like where do they do that at they don’t make their food with care they just throw it together and they treat their employees like garbage im really disgusted with this rallys warren needs to do better

Went There last night to pickup a doordash Im already aware this place has very very terrible customer service last night was just too far. I arrived at 7:51pm 1 customer ahead of me, an employee came out and got in line just before me. She placed her order, received her order, and ate her whole meal while I stood there (whatever just reference to show timeframe)
Multiple employees see me but will simply ignore at 8:08pm i see the order is made at put on counter I try knocking on window hoping I can simply be handed the bag (Still ignored) So I went through drive thru i get to the window 8:13pm the woman said I can’t pickup doordash at drive thru she said I gotta park and come to front window I stated I tried for 17 minutes she said she saw me but was too busy to come to front window I said ok this was the only way I could get any response several employees but anyway the bag is ready she said she’s not allowed to give me doordash at the drive window I need to park and return to front I refused I felt her attitude she says its only her job to hand out food. I offered a compromise stated I would get out my car and walk to front (other customers behind me thus im holding up the drive line) yes that’s intentional on my part so they won’t keep ignoring me while bag is literally ready to go she said no. She tells the manager who does not come up simply relays messages to this woman she comes back to say either move or they will have to call the cops rather then simply handing over the bag because they arent “allowed” I said call em that’s fine (I knew this was so unnecessary and a bluff but im stubborn I know at this point its just so stupid /childish but im annoyed. She waited a few more minutes tried to get the manager to come (deal with me directly) she wouldn’t. A few more minutes of the drive thru line backing up employee returns and hands over the bag states manager will make this exception only once but im never permitted to pickup doordash at drive window (finally received order at 8:22pm arrived at 7:51pm) im sure I’d probably still be standing at that window if I didn’t block that drive window

Side note: The funnel cake fries, Cheesecake Sundaes, and the loaded Fries all those things are delicious
Foods great just know the whole vibe for customer service is very bad I already expect that behavior with them only at this particular location in Warren. Never a negative experience at other Rally’s locations

I usually don’t mind waiting a bit for fast food, but Rally’s really misses the mark. The service here is very poor—staff don’t seem very attentive or friendly, and it takes way too long just to get a simple order. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast food,” waiting this long is frustrating. The food itself is okay once you finally get it, but the slow service makes it not worth the hassle.
