As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s fast food. I had the $5 pretzel pubster burger deal. I visited the store during a slow period. The burger was good, the fries were pretty fresh, I had a Sprite with no ice. Nothing to complain about.

Pathetic.
Waited 36 minutes. An item was forgotten, and I had to come back. Large fries were not large. The burgers were laughable. See the pictures. I was literally laughing while on the phone describing them in order to get a refund. Close this garbage dump down and black list the employees here from ever working at a restaurant again.

Only place open late if you are near downtown. We were near hear for a visit to Cleveland Clinic the next day. It was this place or a longer drive away to other fast food places and it was late when we got here.
The young man working was working hard and being as quick as he could.
Note* don’t order wings. They take awhile to get. They tasted fine when we got them.
Beware the neighborhood is really rough.
Would I go here again? No.

Not only did it take over 30 minutes to receive our medium sized order on a slow Friday evening, but the food also gave my partner food poisoning. My XL fries were also well below the rim of the cup. Never coming to this location again.

I used a coupon for the free mothercruncher chicken sandwich to try it out. It was pretty good! The sauce was had a little spice to it but not anywhere near too spicy and the chicken itself was quality. I also got an order of the monsterella stix as those are always great. Then a snack order of the chicken and fries which was great too and the slushy was very good as well. Definitely recommend going.
