As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m placing this review after just leaving. Don’t know what’s going on but just placed a two item order and was complimenting and wowed because they have an AI taking the orders at the drive thru. Yet when we pulled forward the car before us was just sitting at the window. After waiting for more than 10 minutes and not even the car in front was approached by an employee at the window we pulled off without our order. You would think that by having the computer taking orders , it would speed up their process yet I don’t believe that to be the case as it seems like the more tasks that are removed from their workload …. I ordered Uber Eats one tonight here working at Amazon and I’m 8 months pregnant I got all my food except the 2 4 piece strawberry bites even though it’s on the receipt on the bag they purposely didn’t put them in there so they can take them home I hate when fast food restaurants do this… uber said they can’t refund so imma handle this personally because one thing I don’t do is tolerate people stealing my money so rally’s you stole from the wrong person

I had an experience at this restaurant this afternoon that I still cannot believe.
I ordered my food, and then I drove up to the pay window. At first the young gentleman working there was pleasant. He said hello and asked me how I was.
Then he said and I quote “are you familiar with HPV?”
WHAT?!?!
I said no.
He rudely shook his head and replied “never mind”
Even if this was a joke, working in the food service industry, his comment was highly inappropriate
I’ve been enjoying fast food for years and nothing even remotely close to this has ever happened.
Needless to say his comment ruined my appetite. And quite frankly made me afraid to enjoy my food for fear that he might have tampered with it.
Rally’s you need to do better!

This little boy at the window that usually works there I guess every five days of the week he’s so nice. I know he has his rough days but as a customer that comes there every day, he’s always polite you know being respectful, even if he did mistake he goes. Make sure that an order shanks he always make sure that he is tries to go above and beyond as I can see I really enjoyed that young man working there. He is such an expiration and funny person too. I placed an order online for my family. My son ordered the bacon zilla… there was NO bacon on his sandwich. My daughter ordered Smoked BBQ bacon, there was a half slice of bacon on her sandwich. Is there a bacon shortage that I didn’t hear about? At least she got a small piece of bacon but the BACONZILLA with zero bacon??? I’m very confused & disappointed my son was super sad as he really wanted bacon on the burger, hence why he ordered a sandwich with bacon in the name!!!

Upset with the customer service. They was arguing real loud I had to wait til they noticed me than they gave me the wrong order after confirming they had the right order.
Gave me a bacon ranch fries inside of chilli cheese fries. A plain burger instead of double cheese burger.
The employees needs to take the time and quit rushing all the time cause they keep getting orders wrong than catching attitudes when told about it.

I got a double cheese burger which was the nastiest burger I have ever had threw away after 1 bite I didn’t even swallow it, philly steak and cheese bites I am still trying to figure out they were suppose to be bause they didn’t taste nothing like it. Fries were Good so we’re chicken tenders.

Terrible service. Been here about 4-5 times and the dining room has been locked up in the middle of business hours at least 3-4 of those times. The one time it was open the bathroom wasn’t so it’s pretty much useless to go inside.
The staff are basically useless. They literally look at you like they want you to die. That’s the vibe I got more than once. They’re so useless that they can’t even talk on the speaker, they have to have some AI voice take your order, probably because they’re so rude when they used to have to actually talk the people stopped coming. The individual at the drive-thru window was mean mugging me, carelessly dropped my money into my hand as it almost blew away and the change just fell on the ground, absolutely no apology whatsoever. Couldn’t even be bothered to lean an extra couple of inches to hand me my stuff so I had to open my door and lean out to get my drinks and my food. I’ve never felt so hated picking up food at any location I’ve ever been to. I’m not ever going back, I’m good .
