As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They had everyone wait for so long. We have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food and still have not gotten it yet. We’re still waiting as we speak and I’m writing this review because this is absolutely horrible. They need to hire more people.
This is gonna be another review. I love rallies, but this place does not care about their customers. I have old meat. It’s cold. The picture says it by itself. This is the number three. It’s disgusting. I’m very ashamed to say that Rally is supposed to be one of the top-of-the-line food chains and it’s absolutely not it’s proven to be not Garbage. I ordered and within five minutes I got my meal not even you can definitely tell that’s not fresh meat

This Rally’s has gone down hill. The person working the drive through (Brianna) her name is on my receipt, is very rude and doesn’t even try to get your order right. All I ordered was a Rally burger no catsup and a small fry. What I got was a burger dripping with catsup and nothing but cheese on it. I understand mistakes, but not the rudeness!! I’ll never be back to this Rally’s again!!

I either go here around brunch time or late night and the service is highly inconsistent. When I go during brunch, I get my food quickly and it’s good quality. When I go late at night it takes forever for a few items and the food is skimpy and low quality. I ordered the Bacon Philly Fries recently and barely got any of the Philly meat.

Came to pick up a DoorDash order, arrived on time (a little early), and entered the walk up area. No one came to the window, I knocked at the window a few times, no one came. Finally, after probably 10 minutes a lady came to the window, she wasn’t friendly AT ALL and there was another man working as well. No one was in the parking lot, no one in the drive through, obviously NOT busy. Once the order was finally made, that wasn’t even started until they finally came to the window, it took quite some time to get the actual order. If it wasn’t my last delivery for the night, I would have just left. Many other reviews are claiming the same thing, I think you’ve got a problem at this location.

I was just here to get dinner for myself. The girl that took my order was super rude. I pulled up after placing my order. She just put her hand out for my payment. Then after paying for my food. Asked me to pull to the other side of the building to want on my food. No big deal. But I’m the only person there. And then I had to wait almost 15 mins for a 3 piece chicken finger meal. After almost 20 years I’ll never go back to this place. Rally’s, DO BETTER.

I entered this location today (10/16) to grab some lunch with a coworker. We walked into the small waiting area and made eye contact several times with the female behind the counter. Yet she did not come up to the window to take our order. She continued talking. Also, there were dead bugs smashed on the wall above the window where you place your order. And live bugs flying around in the lobby as well. I ended up walking next-door to McDonald’s. Terrible experience I will never eat at rallies again in my life because of this.

Turn the music off and you could hear the order the first time. Also can you clean a little. Look no one wants to work, we get it, but if your getting paid, do your job efficiently, and respectfully. By efficiently I mean turn off the music so you can hear, talk with proper terminology and clean up after your self. Respectfully I mean respectful attitude towards customers.
