As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Haven’t been to a Rallys in over a decade, but was craving their fries and saw online they had an all beef hotdog.
The food and place is well below average. I went at 12:30 so lunch time, and food was soggy and you’d think they’d have a more effective process or packaging for their hotdogs. Maybe just wrap it plan with toppings in packets or on the side so you dont get a plain dog anyway but sauce left on the wrapper

The younger lady that works here is very kind. Food quality itself is alright. Some good some meh. My orders are always right though so no issues on that. The building needs love. The double windows cause more work for the staff it seems. Almost 4 stars but just not there yet …

The fries were delicious, but they were stale, and the employees seemed friendly! But the chicken smelled and tasted like cat food to me, it could’ve just been an off day for them but I genuinely only ate my fries because the chicken smelled and tasted just like cat food……

Every time I’ve been here, my order has been wrong and the employees would rather argue with you than help.
I ordered a burger + 6 mozzarella sticks and literally just received 4 mozzarella sticks in a bag. Of course, “nothing can be done” unless I want to pay again. Def won’t waste my money trying to eat here again.

11/2/2025 I stopped here around 4am because it had been a long night in the ER for my little one .. upon arrival the intercom said we are closed as I proceed to drive off slowly a lady came on and said how may she take my order I back up to the intercom and she go extremely ruled for no reason as I was telling her sorry I didn’t know you were still open and told her she don’t have to be rude she told me to get out of her line as I pull up to the window to let her know what I was trying to explain she grabs a phone and try calling the police on me . I don’t live on this side I was just stopping to get my two youth children something to eat I had just so happen to see a car in line and my 9 year old son really wants Rally’s it is his favorite place to eat but we haven’t been in a year the night lady should be fired who is she to dismiss someone from eating. At the end of the day please be nice to people you don’t know what someone is already going through we ended up just going to white Castle that had much more better customers service. Reading past reviews this women been a issue before

Reviewing this as a DoorDash delivery driver on behalf of my customer. Pick up instructions are not clear and are very inconsistent as their lobby/walk up is closed. Instructions to use the left lane and stop at the speaker. Sat there for three minutes and was way forward because they don’t listen to that speaker or communicate.Waited at the window another five minutes and the order that I received was ice cold. Rallys, do better!

Came to pick up an order sat outside the pick up window for over five minutes in the cold employees kept looking at me and ignoring me and when they finally came to the window they were extremely rude telling me to get back in my car and I am not allowed at the window. Then proceeded to wait in my car for over 45 minutes while the employees refuse to make the order while there are no other customers. Repeatedly tried to call the store but kept saying the line was busy which makes me think they shut the phones off, i hope to never come here again as a customer or a delivery driver. At the end of it all after waiting over 45 minutes I canceled the order and left. This has by far been the worst experience I have every had at any establishment.

The fries were hot but the burgers were like warm. The only two reasons they get 4 stars is the place was clean and well lit the the time we were there and the service was great. There was someone in the back cursing away for all customers to hear. Not sure if it was a worker or a customer on their speaker.

Rally’s is fast food with fast service.The big Buford always hits the spot. You can taste the beef. Nice size fast good burgers and nicely seasoned fries. Other options are available. Decent prices. Parking available.
