As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ummm, 2nd time at time here at this location. The servicewas amazing! Three server was super polite and very sweet. Food was great and fresh. I didn’t go inside so I’m not sure of the atmosphere. But again, great service and fresh food!

Food is delicious here, I LOVE the Baconzilla, and their fries are phenomenal! I also love their milkshakes, but every time I order delivery they ALWAYS forget my Milkshake and it’s getting ridiculous. I understand forgetting it every now and again, but I’ve ordered delivery from here at least 4 times this year and They forgot my milkshake every single time. Yes I know I order from a third Party App (Doordash) but if the dasher isn’t the one at fault for forgetting my Milkshake, it should be with my order when they pick it up, especially if the driver is waiting every single time.

The food was very good, the wait to get the food was pretty long. They seemed fairly understaffed but they were very friendly. Management may want to look at increasing their labor to reduce order waiting time. Overall, the experience was quite nice.

I have eight checkers hot wings, plenty of times in my days. I went and ordered the hot wings last night because there was nothing open on New Year’s. The hot wings taste like they were sprayed with cleaning chemicals. I’m still sick right now. Can’t eat at all today.

After the last review I made, my wife and I decided to give this location another try today. After we got our food (which we had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for, even though they weren’t busy) we got home and found that our fish sandwiches were GARBAGE! I got the regular fish, and my wife got the deep sea doubler. My fish was soggy and undercooked and my wife’s was same as before…refried and dry. What I didn’t reveal in my last review was that I am a former employee who was being trained as an assistant manager. I also have over seven years experience in food service. So when I say I know the tricks and shortcuts that some crew members use, I’m speaking from experience. I Amir is still the district manager for this location, I’m saying directly to you, or whoever has replaced you that your employees who were here today should all be fired. When we pulled up they were all outside smoking, which I get, because it was obviously a slow day, because of it being the 4th of July. But that is NO EXCUSE for the very poor quality of the food. My fish sandwiches looked and tasted like they had been sitting in the holding units for WAY longer than allowed, and dropped in the fryer again to make them appear fresh. This is beyond acceptable! No customer comes to this location to pay their money for the inedible trash that is being passed through the window. It’s not fair to them and it’s not fair to the company. If this persists this location should be shut down…forever. it’s not right to spend your money on food that you HOPE will be worth it, only to find out that you should have gone elsewhere or just cooked at home. I have so much more I want to say, but suffice it to say that my wife and I will NEVER eat at this location again!

I waited in the drive thru for over and HOUR. Watched 15 other cars get their orders ahead of me. Got home and our order was WRONG. Missing several items. Wasn’t even hot. The chili dog was pretty grey. Absolutely infuriating. Will be contacting corporate.

Was there after 1am. The guy was sweet as hell, but we both forgot my soda. I took my loaded fries and put them on some lettuce and added croutons. The chicken bites are not good to me. I ate the fries tho.

We ordered 2 small banana milkshakes, the second one somehow was dropped as it was being passed to my husband. It doesn’t appear that any of the shake got on my car, but I’ve only been able to look it over in the dark. Also, the milkshakes weren’t worth all that. My husband threw his away after one sip, he just didn’t like it at all. I drank a little more than half of mine.

Slowest fast food place I’ve ever been to. I was the only car in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes to get my food. How? And I asked for no onions. And when I got it it had onions and is was warm, not hot. Didn’t taste good at all. Seems like all ralleys locations are going down hill fast. Employees was nice though.
