As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Rallys fries are really good but sadly the medium is almost $4 and they give you less than most restaurants small. I think there were 14 fries in their medium. Also the photo of burger on their menu and the actual burger is at least 70% smaller than advertised. Rallys used to be awesome. I hate giving less than 5 stars but sadly rallys has turned into a rip off.

I’ve never had any food from anywhere (I’ve lived in 5 different states) that was this carelessly made. I placed an order for the brisket bosswich at this location. First off the person working the drivethru was very unresponsive. I pulled up to the window and right away they hand me my food and then halfway make my sundae to stop and check a computer screen then continue making my sundae. Mind no one else is in line with me. I had to leave right away because I was working.
I pull out to eat my food after 2 minutes and notice my sandwich is nothing at all what is expected for the cost. I noticed the toast was not toasted at all, soft, and it was COLD. For food that came into my hand so quickly, shouldnt it be piping hot?? This could have gotten me sick, it was nearly room temp. Not just that, but I am expecting 3x the meat as adversted. Barely ANY MEAT! The cheese was still cold as well. It was gross! I would expect more from a place that wasn’t busy at all when I went. I will never go here again and I recommend no one else does either, watch out for possible food poisoning!

The service here is awful they make you wait for 30 mins or more at the walk up window. And if you do a online order your waiting even longer it sucks because I really like rally but I’ll travel elsewhere before going here again. I’m a dasher as well and I experience the same thing every time

Terrible employees, terrible attitude. Food is usually decent but the people that work here suck. Ordered food and used my points, when I pulled up they told me they were out of mozzarella sticks and that they couldn’t refund any of my money and if I had a problem with it they can call the police and have them remove me.

Very slow, seems they “lost our order” while we waited on Apple pies. However, fresh food was tasty. Seemed a person of management walked out to a vehicle, rather than helping the employees get out of the weeds. We will still return, hoping for another tasty experience

Be sure to check your bag to make sure the food is all there because they DO NOT ANSWER the phone – we just bought enough for 4 people and get home to see a sandwich is missing but nobody answers when we call and who wants to make a second trip 2-3 miles away? Guess your reviews just took another downhill slope. DO BETTER!

We placed an online order so the food would be ready when we got here. However, not only am I still sitting here waiting 20 minutes after arriving, there have been 6 customers go through the regular line, placing orders and getting their food while I am still sitting here waiting. I would leave but I have already paid for the food…. still waiting. I will update when or if I ever get my food I ALREADY PAID FOR!

I placed an order through the app over 30 minutes ahead of time and paid for it. We then sat at the window for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. And they then stated they were just now starting to work on the order. 45 minutes after the scheduled time, an upset child in the back, and an employee yelling and complaining in the store just goes to show why the reviews of this place are as bad as they are. No hint of care from the employees just reminded me of why I choose to not eat here.
