As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Update: Ordered again. Messed up the entire $30 order. Lady there scoffed at us like she didn’t make us wait 10 mins while pulled forward in order to keep their time’s low. Ordered most of the food plain, so they went out of their way to messily slop toppings on it. Re-orded food was rushed and tasted like it could have been cooked another minute more. Maybe the night shift people are better than the morning shift.

Food is delicious for a fast food joint. We were shorted an order of fries which is always heart breaking especially when you are on a road trip and you came for the fries. Staff is friendly. Prices are a little high but every thing is a little high anymore. I’m glad I stopped. Sad over fries.

Update: things have gone downhill.. maybe it’s the inflation, it’s affected everyone and everything. Really small portions, not enough sauce. Half pound chicken not worth the price.

I’m a Canadian Citizen and we don’t have a Rally’s or Checkers in Canada. My first time visiting the restaurant was last week, drive thru and ordered double cheeseburger (omg mouthwatering ), loaded fries (also very tasty) and just the fries in general soooo good. The best fries around. And the banana milkshakes .
I almost forgot to mention the first time we went they forgot our fries but we did also order them last minute. To make it up to us, they upsized our fries for FREE which was a super nice gesture
My partner and I went two days later to get the bacon burger deal 2 for $4. They are good but nothing tops the double cheeseburger… yet.
Omg. Im kinda scared to go back because I’m trying to keep my sexy mom bod. But it’s too good to stay away. This place here is baby makin food.
Based on reading past reviews, the management here seems really good. I wish people would follow up with their reviews instead of leaving negative comments and feedback especially in the age of the pandemic when alot of places are suffering.

This place is an absolute mess. We had a mobile order, but also needed to order a separate order at the window. So we told them beforehand. They then immediately said after we just explained that, that we could go to a spot to wait for the mobile order. Valid, it’s hard to hear on those headsets. We get to the window after ordering, and they try to give us our order we ordered at the window, but someone accidentally added fries into it so they take it back and make us go to a spot to wait for both. They bring the mobile order fine, but do not bring the other order (for context, it was a singular sandwich.) We inform them we’re missing an order. Another woman comes out and asks what we’re waiting on, and we tell her. Then, she comes back out and tells us that we’re going to have to put in a refund request through DoorDash because they don’t have fish? So we inform this restaurant for about a fourth time at this point, that all we need is a sandwich. Finally we get our sandwich from a separate person. Food was soggy and colder than it should be.
I have never written a review before, because oftentimes I don’t care that much, but jeez. I’ve never seen such a disorganized place. And I have worked in fast food— I understand the chaos. But us having to tell multiple people we need a sandwich multiple times is a little crazy.

I ordered a Baconzilla combo. The sandwich & fried was drenched with too much salt. Mister Pib had very little syrup. I only eat out once a month. Last 3 times I bought a meal here I was so disappointed! I will avoid this establishment for a while.
