As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place looks like it’s falling apart. I’m often thankful I can’t see inside. From the drive thru window looking in it looks dark and greasy in there. I just want to say thank you to the people working in that tiny box. You consistently turn out the best greasy fast food and I love you for it. Chilli dogs not my favorite, but the burgers and fries will always bring me back.

FYI food is as u would expect but the greasy haired middle aged female taking orders was rude and hard of hearing, which apparently makes it ok to speak with a disrespectful, condescending tone after asking 4 times for my order To make it easier, I spoke the quantity in spanish, to which she became even more rude. As someone who is from Texas & has hispanic family members, her blatantly mocking me was the final straw. Keep your attitude and lose customers! This order was for a group of emt responders, who just assisted my family. So I went down the road to mcdonald’s 1/2 a mile away and was treated much more professionally. They don’t deserve any business if this how they treat customers.

When trying to order they didn’t have several things I tried to order apparently, and took 20 minutes to finally get my order. Definitely not “fastfood” so if you are on a lunch break bypass this place.
