Bought a chicken sandwich on 6/9/25 @ 8:02 pm. Waited 25 min. Finally got my sandwich and headed down the highway i bit the sandwich and the consistency was weird I looked at it and it was a piece of raw chicken!!!! I was so grossed out and pissed!!!! Health department needs to be called! It says under new management, it needs to be under new management again! I will NEVER trust ralleys again! What a comlletenwaste of time and money! We could barely understand the person on the drive thru because her accent and pronunciations were so bad. Eventually, we got our order placed. They told us it would take 7 minutes on the chicken sandwich, because they had to drop it fresh. I thought, “It’ll take is that long to get through the line.” And it did. That and more. And we’ve been at the window for 15 minutes on top of that. The guy at the window was very apologetic, but didn’t know what we ordered. He was very polite though. It’s a shame everything else was a mess. Food was pretty decent.

My wife and I are visiting from Colorado, and Miss Tiara made sure everything was done exactly how it was supposed to be done. The fries were unlike anything I’ve had, and the breading was amazing. We got 2 different sandwiches and each of us tried both, and they were simple and delicious. From the friendly service to the speedy delivery of our food, Miss Tiara is the reason we will be back the next time we’re here.

It took 15 minutes for food I ordered online. 1 car in front of me. Big Buford was awesome as usual. Staff came out to ask about my order and brought it out later. Long wait with minimal customers present.

Never again. The service is so slow there is like 1 person working in there and they are obviously stressed and overworked. Ordered online and I still waited 20 mins longer than when I was told it was ready. This is the second time this has happened and the same thing happened last time. I dont blame the worker(s) they are trying this is a failure of ownership and I will not waste my time here again.

I absolutely love the taste of Rally’s burgers and fries…………. When they are given to me hot and fresh. Unfortunately my fries were slightly dated and my burger was not hot and only barely warm. The cheese was not melted at all. I know many Rally’s in my area (about 20 mile radius) are struggling to keep employees. Because of this they are often stuck with compromising staff. I wish the best for the restaurant chain and they have some reasonable promotions. I’ll keep giving them a chance as long as I can grade my visits 3 stars or more. They’re hanging by a thread.

Employees barely spoke a lick of English, very rude and pushy then a few days later we had oversee charges on on my credit card, that was used at the restaurant, so they are stealing card information, food was cook poorly I spent my night and next morning sick just to feel ok enough to see the illegal charges on my card
