As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Went there about midnight when I got off work, my chicken bite box was disgusting. My chicken in the box had to of been sitting there all day long, it was cold and hard as a rock, with no meat from how dried out it was. The fries were also not fresh either. Customer service was very nice from employees but the food … not at all.

I always get the strawberry cheesecake bites and 95% of the time they are over cooked. They are usually brown and even the filling is brown. Today Joe made them and the color inside and out was perfect and they were amazing!! Thanks to Joe for making my day

Burger was a sloppy mess, fries are still good. They tried to charge me twice, so be careful there.
And when they tell you to contact them, don’t waste your time. You can’t even put a message in there. You can’t get past entering what time you were there.

Ordered from Doordash and this review has been shared there as well. Super disappointed. Everything was old/overcooked/wrong. My 7 year old, who normally loves anything chicken, said the chicken bites were too crunchy and he didn’t like them in his Half-Pound* Chicken Bites and Fries . Upon further observation, they were old and overcooked. He also didn’t get his dipping sauces. I received 5 Fry-Seasoned Monsterella Stix instead of 6. There were white things on the Classic Mother Cruncher® , which was also old. The BBQ Brisket Melt was supposed to have no pickles or onion and it had both, so now it’s inedible because it tastes like pickle and onion, and the bread wasn’t toasted like it shows. The Mr. Pibb® tasted watered down like the syrup needed changed out or recalibrated. We haven’t tried the Funnel Cake Fries yet, but our hopes are low. I was hoping it would be better since ownership changed awhile back, but it somehow got worse. Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning with the few bites we took.

Came through the drive thru at midnight although i was the only one in line i still got the completely wrong order ordered 3 burgers got back to the hotel to find old hard nuggets and cold frys a plain chicken sandwich. Guess “i dont have to eat” thanks

I remember back in a day when I was a student, I used to eat a lot at the checkers. But now after a long time, I came back to order just three pieces, chicken, tender, and a medium fries. Everything was burned. And then when I started to eat the same employee who handed me the food came out, took his shirt off to smoke weed get it together if you don’t want food poisoning avoid this place.

I get off of work, and I wanted someone to eat so I went to rally’s since it’s right by my job. I come home and start eating mind you my toddler was eating it with me . We were served raw chicken. I’m disappointed and even more so that my son ate some. No way they didn’t know the chicken wasn’t done. How do you sell food that’s not cooked? This crew should be fired. This place is a nightmare . && we evens waited 7 minutes for fully cooked chicken. In which we clearly didn’t get!!
