As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Stopped by Rallys at exactly 10am this morning the lady working was all by herself and we started to drive off because we thought they were closed but she seen us and waved us down, she was really sweet and got our food just the way we like it because I ask for modifications and she didn’t care one bit to do it for me! And now that im think8ng about it I didn’t get her name but shes was the opener this morning. And I just want everyone to know she was AMAZING and thank you to that lady for being awesome at 10am!! It was appreciated!! I see you baby!!!

Literally minutes be for writing this me, my boyfriend and his mom got our food. The ai for ordering was frustrating, and then when we get our food ordered we have to wait for about 20 minutes (Theres’ Nobody else in the drive through btw) when the food comes out we have the wrong order (chicken sandwich, two fish and some mozzarella sticks) we get our mozzarella sticks and chicken sandwich, but we get a random Burger? And no Fish Sandwich, when we Go back around They give us ONE Fish and nothing Else. certainly not going back

On August 24th I made a pick up order. I went to pick it up. I was the only person in the pick up lane and there was only one other car in the drive through lane. They serve the drive through person within that time. Then other cars had come to the drive through instead of coming to me next they served them even though I was second in line the kept serving them, which was OK once they were done serving everybody. They stood there around for a minute or 2. Not approaching my window or serving me. A little while after that, another car pulled up. They served them after 15 minutes of waiting. They finally serve me. Not only do they not have my food ready. Making me wait longer but when I finally got the food they where extremely rude. I called customer support they said they would get back to me last Tuesday and they never did. Horrible treatment and support
