As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This employee and her female boss really earned this negative star review! You order pay and then they want you to pull to the other side of building to wait in a line of 10 cars because they can’t handle the business. Look at this disgusting window…gross! Matches this employees attitude-NASTY!!!

The night-time manager is very rude and nasty.
He’s very sarcastic and always has an attitude.He literally mumbles things about you right in front of you. The girl at the window is rude and extremely unpleasant. They both are unprofessional and toxic to the Checker & Rally brand!!!
The food was cold, and the drinks were watered down. My three separate orders were all forced into one small bag. When I asked for my food to be rebagged, they were displeased with my request and just threw my food into bags any kind of way.
They way the manager was acting, I really didn’t trust them handling my food.
I was told it was my fault for not requesting individual bags for individual orders. The manager always has something to say as if he’s not dealing with a paying customer. I’ve been going to this location for years, and I’ve seen a lot of employees come and go, and these two are by far the worst!!!!!!!!!
They don’t even deserve one star!!!

Awesome staff. These girls are very helpful. I had issues with my app. Miss Bridget whenever way to figure out the issue and how to navigate around it. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely be back!

Eat here quite often and usually no complaints. You’d think it’d be better when the store manager was there… Well that wasn’t the case here yesterday. The older lady (almost positive store manager) working the register at 6pm on October 11 2025 was absolutely awful. No business working in the service industry. To start she asked what she could get for me, when I start ordering immediately she cuts me off and yells to hold on. This happened twice just during my telling her to order. Fast forward, get home with the food and order is completely jacked. Two doubles with cheese were both a single tiny patty between a squished bun and that’s it. The fish sandwiched w no lettuce were both completely plain with a cold hard Clearly old pieces of fish. For our lover XL was Cold and soggy. My nephews chicken bite box was the only thing hot and fresh. The cheapest thing go figure. Something I forgot, tried to order milk shake Snapped at me that I wasn’t allowed to do that. If I could give no stars I would. Wasn’t very welcoming, rushed my order to where I went to the drive through instead of ordering inside. Good stuffed in bag. Had to wait and my order was still cold ask for ketchup, got none. spent 28.97 & ask for no ranch on my chicken rap

I don’t suggest relying solely on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for placing orders. It lacks the warmth of human interaction and may misunderstand orders. My experience was marred by incorrect orders from the AI system, although the food quality was satisfactory.
However, I still recommend this establishment due to excellent human customer service and fresh food offerings.

Ordered online for a friend. I don’t like the robot that answers and takes the order but I guess it makes things easier for them. The lady at the window was really nice, she asked us to pull around because our order was still being made. That lady is also the one that brought the food to us. She was really nice and officiant. The order was correct and everything looked good. The only complaint I have is we got 6 sandwiches and 2 fries so the bag couldn’t be closed. I feel it should have been placed in 2 bags. Other than that everything was great.

Lady at the drivethrough window was friendly. Really hate the A.I. at the drive through. Wish that they would get rid of it. Mentioned this to the manager. Seemed like he couldn’t care Iess. Over been to other locations that turned this feature off. Although this location is closer, I might just drive to another store. The A. I. is so cold and impersonal.
