As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Visited this Rally’s on 2/7 and ordered a chicken bite box combo. When I opened the box, there were only about six nugget pieces and maybe ten fries total. For a combo meal, that portion was extremely disappointing.
When I brought it up to the team member, Regina, instead of trying to help or explain, she was rude and hostile and said, “What you get is what you get.” There was no attempt to fix the issue or provide any type of customer service.
I’ve never experienced any issues at this location. And always received excellent customer service. Her negative attitude and refusal to address a valid concern is alarming and needs to be addressed. Definitely not what I expect when visiting any business.

Honestly, Rally’s has gone so far down hill. Both of our burgers were on old, stale buns that were very hard. The drinks were out of syrup and was just syrupy flat carbonated water. We won’t be back. Which is a shame – we love the fries. The guy working the window was fine. But nothing overly special.

I was a Dasher at this location and I was in dasher line to pickup. Worker with purple/blue or pink hair was leaned out window in someone’s car shooting the shit with them. Because of this the order should have been ready at 2:30 am I was sitting waiting 12 extra minutes beyond the time I was to pick up order. The worker thought I was taking pictures of her, she stared directly at me and shouted, “What are you doing?” Multiple times. And the. Went back in to work and car drove off. I was just playing a game on my phone while it was in the phone holder on the dash. When I got up to the window, the other worker came to the window and told me to call the customer and tell them that they were out of wings and what he wanted them to substitute. She kept demanding that I hand my phone over to her. she wanted to look at my pictures to see if I was taking pictures of the worker. I told her I am not handing you my phone. Customer’s food was late and they had wings!!!! She just needed a reason to try to get my phone!!! You are there to work. If you don’t wanna work then go home.

Went to THIS particular Rally’s across the street for my job & I SPECIFICALLY asked for the Chicken Box w/fries, a Diet Coke & their Strawberry Cheesecake Bites.. well, when i got home, I got a Big Buford combo w/a Coke, a Loaded Fry & the Cheesecake Bites.. my WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG, except for the fries, the drink & the bites. I even TRIED to call them back to tell them how upset I was about my order, their “mailbox was full”! this is a PISS-POOR excuse of a fast food joint; the lack of customer service just proves why.. and the one by my house is better than this.. so, NO! I will NEVER, EVER go back to Rally’s @ New Cut Rd again! #DoBetterRallys

I was livid. Ordered on the app, got our food. Asked for no Mayo on one sandwich. No Mayo and add tomato to a different one. Both were wrong, I thru them in the trash. This was after waiting longer than a sit-down restaurant for our food. Paying for food services just isn’t worth it anymore…
