As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

There is no service because it is only drive through joint, but the lady who talked to us was very friendly, so for that is the 4 ⭐. As for the food, the fries is awesome, the chili dog not so much, the burger and the spicy chicken sandwich is barely mediocre. Just like some of my other fast food reviews, it is just another fast food joint.

Rally’s used to have good meal deals with proper portion sizes for the cost. Today I picked up a 2 for $5 deal. 2 burgers and 2 medium size fries. No drinks. I was asked if I wanted bacon and cheese I said Yes. I didn’t know those cost extra until I paid. I didn’t get the bacon but wasn’t charged but it costs 89 cents extra for cheese per burger! Grand total with tax was $15.01. The burgers were not even lukewarm. The patty size is very small and thin, like a child’s size burger patty. Maybe 2 oz of meat! For $15 next time I will go get a large size meal from a local restaurant- Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, and it will be plenty enough food for 2 people. Rally’s has a lot of competition around here. They either need to lower their prices or improve their food choices. It definitely wasn’t worth $15 for mostly starchy carbs- buns and fries.

They absolutely do not care at all about DoorDash orders. They will leave you sitting at the window forever before they even greet you and then you sit there and wait most of the time 15 minutes to get a DoorDash order which in return affects your money and your time and causes customers to leave bad reviews on their DoorDash account. Do better rally’s.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I am not a fan of the machine taking my order. I like to confirm my order and the machine does not do that but the staff does. I always try to confirm my order at the window and if it is incorrect then it just puts everyone behind. I think HUMANS are more efficient. The gentleman at the window was very helpful and kind!

The 2 employees working today were absolutely fantastic…..had a bit of trouble getting in the parking lot and they came out and cleared the snow from around my tires.
