Weeks the “$4 offer” been on radio and TV. Go in to order, even after I heard the fries and pie are baby size, ordered the $4 dollar double. The response was….”We not doin’ that here”!

They always use the excuse my card doesn’t work, when I’ve used it there multiple times before with no issue. The cashier’s have horrible attitudes and would much rather be on their phones as well. The food usually is warm but fries are always soggy. Used to love it but slowly, It’s gone to crap.

Food was terrible. The restaurant is poorly designed (since they just took over an old KFC) The only saving grace is that the employee working checkout was great. The food was terrible. The burger was cold undercooked greasy. The fries overcooked to the point of burnt.
EDIT: I tried using the contact form as the owner suggested and it won’t even let me select the store, like Brookhaven Rally’s doesn’t exist (it shouldn’t). Now I’m even more disappointed. Rally’s used to be something nice. But not this location. Not at all.

This place is soooo good and Brookhaven don’t even know it!!! This burger was so good. Yesterday, I drove 34 miles to have it again! The bun is so light and fluffy. The patties taste fresh off the grill!! Those fries were just right. My newest addiction, for sure!!!

The fries were phenomenal, tasted almost like doughnuts without the sweetness. Seasoned perfectly, best fries I’ve had in a while. The burger was good, too. However, the workers were rude and rushed us after taking quite a while to make our food. The chicken tender box was not closed properly (see picture attached) and they all fell out in the bag. Plus, we had to pay 75 cents for a tiny tub of BBQ sauce. (once again, picture attached) TLDR: Good food but bad service.

This makes the second time I tried to get food from this location. First time, I wanted to order inside because the drive thru line was long and I was in a hurry. Should have known: dining room closed due to not enough employees. Had to drive away.
Today, I come through the drive through at 4:45 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I’m promptly and briskly told, “we’re getting ready to close.” Seriously? On a Saturday afternoon, you close up shop at 5 pm? How are you staying in business?
I love the food and value here, but if this place is so poorly managed that they can’t be open to serve customers at peak times, I don’t think I can trust the food here any longer, either.
I won’t be back.

The fries were extremely greasy the bacon burger wasn’t to well either. The order was rather difficult and was certainly going to be wrong but to my surprise She nailed it and was kind.
