This place is soooo good and Brookhaven don’t even know it!!! This burger was so good. Yesterday, I drove 34 miles to have it again! The bun is so light and fluffy. The patties taste fresh off the grill!! Those fries were just right. My newest addiction, for sure!!!

The fries were phenomenal, tasted almost like doughnuts without the sweetness. Seasoned perfectly, best fries I’ve had in a while. The burger was good, too. However, the workers were rude and rushed us after taking quite a while to make our food. The chicken tender box was not closed properly (see picture attached) and they all fell out in the bag. Plus, we had to pay 75 cents for a tiny tub of BBQ sauce. (once again, picture attached) TLDR: Good food but bad service.

The customer service was excellent and the service was fast. The staff was extremely friendly. I appreciate the lady saving me money by offering a combo meal instead of what I was going to order. Definitely will come back.

Slow, when getting there in the line it moves fast at the order microphone but you are going to sit in line for about 10 mins just to get what you ordered. Only about three people work there

Ordered my meal it didn’t take to long to get it. But I had ordered ic cream sundae with my meal. Was told the ice cream machine was down. When I got to indie to pick up my meal a work was standing there making a sundae and eating it. But the ice cream machine was down!!! So how was she making a sundae and eating it? I mean if you don’t want to make it for a customer then at least wait till they leave to make one for yourself.

Horrible experience. My boyfriend and I went to try the newest restaurant in Brookhaven. Went thru drive thru to order our meal. We ordered chicken bites and chicken strip meals, they were Horrible. Chicken strips were tough, the bites didn’t taste like chicken. The worker at the window was unfriendly. Very bad first impression, won’t go back to give a 2nd opinion.

I’ve been going to Checker’s/Rallys for 30 years. It’s good food; it has always been. But this Rally’s; the one in Brookhaven. Yeh…something’s not right, and I’ll get to that. A relative locally who’d never been to a Rally’s/Checkers told me a few weeks ago, ‘Man Rally’s is garbage!” and I was like ‘No way, man. Checkers has been good for over 30 years!” So I’ve been 3 times since then in Brookhaven and yeh…he’s largely right and largely wrong. Checker’s/Rally’s is not garbage; in fact it’s very good! Very good!! But the one in Brookhaven..I’m sorry, it’s not up to standard, and I’m gonna tell you why. I’ve been there three times and the same thing all three times-theres no love in that food. You can always tell; especially when there really is, and especially when there really isn’t. And at the Brookhaven Rally’s, there really isn’t. That’s how good food everywhere else can taste bad in only one place. And that’s why a lot of people in Brookhaven think that Rally’s isn’t good when it really is.
