As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered ahead online for a 20 piece buffalo wings with bleu cheese dipping sauce.
I jumped in the drive thru, and was asked to come to the walk up. I only had maybe a five min wait time for my food. The staff was nice and the building was clean. The food was delicious.

My family and I decided to get this on Christmas Eve.. for dinner .. we called t see if they had a 20 piece wing . Because it’s was going to be at least 30 we were getting . The young lady that answe told us they have that but itll still be a 7 min wait. We get there not 10 minutes later and the same young lady answers the intercom.. we g to order.. and she tells us she don’t have a 20 piece wing … I think she should have told us that … On the phone. Value time was wasted. But we went to Supreme Fish.

I love the chicken bites meal. UPDATE…ON 4/05/2025…MY AUNT AND I ORDERED THE DOUBLE DEEP FISH SANDWICH…MY AUNT ASKED FOR HEAVY TARTER SAUCE… WHICH IN TURN THEY Added only a small amount of tarter. SO MY AUNT ASKED COULD THEY PUT IT IN A SEPARATE CONTAINER…THEY PUT MY AUNT’S TARTER SAUCE IN A FRY BAG…YOU CAN’T MAKE THIS STUFF UP.

I was at Rally’s on Raymond Rd April 10th and there was GREAT Customer Service.It was OUTSTANDING. Mary was kind and polite and didn’t rush me when I asked about the specials due to limited monies. I asked about the hotdog/she then ask if I wanted to make it a combo for I think $5.89. Oh, I then had a Big Smile on my face because I knew I had that amount. Cause I told the staff I didn’t wanna be shame. The staff said, ” You’re ok. I told them I appreciate them for being so nice. I had enough money to get my fries a medium. (Lol) Need more Staff like Rally’s Staff on Raymond Rd. Even the Manager was Kind with a Smile by the drive through window as I was getting ready to drive off and eat. Please continue keeping great customer service like the one I experienced on yesterday. It truly makes a difference with a friendly smile and Outstanding Service.

visited on yesterday, line moved quickly and food was superb. my burger was hot and the condiments were perfectly portioned. the lettuce was crisp and the tomato was not soggy. the fries were crisp , lightly salted and delicious. all items i ordered were great. a dbl rally burger combo and chili dog . please keep up the good work.
