As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Eric is the best manager I’ve met in a long time. He was attentive, efficient, and friendly. I had the big buford combo and my food was served fresh, hot, quickly and delicious . I get the hardship while working at a fast food restaurant. The pregnant lady Keyoni should be on light duty so she don’t get agitated easly. It’s hot outside and she gave me my soda with no ice due to the ice not being refilled but a worker was pouring ice in the ice thing while i was waiting for my order. She was they are out. I repeated and said yall out of ice twice becauseyall not. Ma’am get someone to fill it where my thoughts. She handed me a small cup of ice. Cool..I’ll just pour the soda in the small cup with the ice. Tth soda was flat! I asked for a different soda. Long story short.. I asked for ketchup and she blowing/huffing & puffing. I get that she’s pregnant and it’s hot plus u dealing with different emotions probably therefore she should be on light duty other than on the drive through. Not to mention I’m waiting in the drive through for a good minute. U huffing bcuz I’m asking for what I want/paid for?

I don’t normally rate things low, but the experience was just not very good. The food was below average and took a long time to come out and we were the only ones there, they didn’t put any sauce in the bag, and the workers didn’t even acknowledge you or smile or greet us and the person taking out order was talking to another employee the whole time we were ordering. Overall, I was just pretty disappointed with the experience and expected much more for the pretty expensive price.

I used to order chili cheese fries all the time. Idk what happened in between times, but they do not taste the same. It was a waste of money. The burger & cheesecake smoothie was good, the children’s food. They left our fry out but responded quickly & nicely. I’d come here again. The employees were so nice.

I just wanted to give a shout out to the man who worked the window tonight around 11pm on 6/29/24. His customer service skills was 100%. He was very nice from the intercom to the window. It was very appreciated and he deserves to be recognized for his great attitude and customer service skill .
