As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They are horrible here! The cashier is NOT friendly at all. I had to send all of my items back and ask them to remake everything. There was something brown and black floating in my drink and when I asked to get a new drink the cashier looked at me like I was wrong for asking for a replacement. I looked at my fries and they were greasy and cold. There was also chicken bits mixed in with my fries (which also looked old). You could tell the fries had been sitting under one of those heat lamps to keep them warm which clearly didn’t work.The first burger they gave me looked like it had been sitting since they opened that morning. The cheese was COLD, the bun was COLD and the patties were also COLD and STIFF! With all the videos and complaints I see and hear about Rally’s I barely had any complaints about them until now. I knew it would only be a matter of time before something like this happened to me. There was no kind of concern when I brought up these problems to the cashier and I should have asked for a manager to just give me a refund but I’m not one to complain about every little thing, but this just took the cake. I won’t be returning to any Rally’s in the future. AT ALL!

I rarely post a bad review after a first visit. Most times folks are just having a bad day. However, this location is CONSTANTLY out of basic menu items. Being that this is one of only a couple fast food options in the immediate area, you would think they would order and stock accordingly but they do not. I gave 2 stars because I love the fries.

I used to eat at the same location as a kid and loved it. Tonight I got the wrong order then was asked to pull to the other side then I get my order finally and its all no good. Fries are old and soggy and I swear the meat wasn’t cooked all the way.

I have never made a visit until 10/20/18. This was the best Rally’s I’ve ever been to. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was a A+ although they didn’t have the funnel cake fries. Lol I will definitely be going back.

Awful experience! I know it’s fast food so you get what you pay for however, at 10:30 on a Saturday night there were two employees. One employee was outside at a table chilling with his cigarette and music the other was inside. They told me that there was no meat and they had a fryer if I wanted to have only fried food. In a fast food context, they have good food that’s almost always hot from being just cooked. The workers are thankfully competent but can take a minute to have your food ready in a short time.
Bottom line: Way fresher than McDonald’s but not winning an award anytime soon.

Didn’t have anything when I’ve come there tge last 4 times. No lettuce, no cheese, no chicken, no tomato, no tea, no strawberry soda, no coke. I asked for my food to be fresh and have hot fries, the burger and fries were cold as hell. If you’re gonna be out of all this stuff, why even be open.

I ordered a Rally Burger with cheese no mayo and no tomato as well as a chicken bit combo. I got the food and the fries were hard as bricks but I shrugged it off and went home. Got home and I had two spicy chicken sandwich combos. I started not to go back but against my better judgement I did. The young man that came to window was very friendly and knew why I had returned. He apologized and gave me my food. When I got home the burger was wrong SMH… I gave up and put it in the trash. I will never go back. This was my punishment for not cooking today.
