So overrated, the Raku ramen tasted like straight meat oil, no flavor whatsoever. The pork was tough and dry even when soaked in broth. The sushi was the best thing they had but even then it was so underwhelming, and the avocado was brown and mushy. The crispy tuna was absolutely foul, tasted like dirty oil with a hint of spicy mayo. To top of the experience they were playing tik tok music. It hurt to walk out of there knowing that’s $75 I’ll never get back.

DONT RECOMMEND… Ordered a ramen bowl with pork belly. Came out super slow for being the only person in the restaurant. The pork belly was super hard like it was left over and heated up and thrown in a bowl. The hard boiled egg was ice cold so it shows it wasn’t fresh. The bowl barely had any food in it for being $19. It was all mostly bland broth. Take your money elsewhere wish I didn’t tip. Almost immediately after eating my stomach feels off and I didn’t even finish my bowl.

It was our first time here, and it was great. My husband ordered the California rolls and loved them – they were made fresh with real crab. I had the cold noodle salad, which I highly recommend. It has so many delicious ingredients and is so refreshing. We’ll definitely be back.

These place is very expensive for the quality of food you get. The seaweed salad was absolutely incredible! However the actual ramen….it lacked depth and actual flavor. Really disappointed for how much we paid, and for this place being one of the only ramen locations around.

Raku Ramen & Roll is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The highlight of my visit was their ramen and the Dragon Roll, both of which were nothing less than perfect. The Complex flavors of the ramen coated my taste buds and sent them on a euphoric journey of flavor.

We were here once before, during Covid, so we did takeout. This time we thought we would come back and get a table inside.
I ordered the steak ramen and my friend ordered the chicken and rice dish.
They were both extremely tasty, but we were turned off to the unclean restaurant. Plus, we both got sick the next day and think it was the kitchen having a lot of bacteria. They need to do some serious cleaning. Until then, we’ll go to other ramen houses. We love ramen!

I’m pretty disappointed with Raku ramen and rolls right now it’s kinda sad because they were one of my favorite ramen places to eat, I was there about almost a month ago with my family we ordered 3 Raku ramens with pork belly is what we always order my total was almost 70 dollars for 3 ramens and 3 drinks we basically got food poisoning from what we ate I called the next day to talk to a manager and was told there wasn’t always a manager there because of them having multiple restaurants but that they would call me back but no call. Then I called back again like almost 2 weeks ago and was told the same thing but still no call back it’s pretty disappointing that my family and I are frequent customers and they can’t take a few minutes out of their day to at least call me back to address the issue I am an all-star contributor on two different foodie clubs in Sonoma county and I will be giving them a bad review on both I gave them almost a month to address the issue but apparently they don’t care if their customers get food poisoning to even call me back, I will not be going back.

Got in around 340pm, place was basically empty. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. I looked at the menu ahead of time, so i had a good idea of what I wanted. The rice bowl, sushi rolls, and the Ramen, all phenomenal!! Once you are done, there is an area for you to leave your dishes/trash. An exceptional spot!

Underwhelmed with my Raku Ramon today for lunch and it gave me a stomach ache. Friend had the chicken rice bowl which looked better. I tipped 15% for no service. Not sure we will return.
