Exceptional. I told our server what I had chosen and explained that I liked spice and he suggested a different dish (the chargrilled chicken breast) which was stunning! Really delicious with just the perfect amount of spice. Wine was great too!

Had a lovely meal here with family last night , very accomodating to a group of 7 of us. They were happy to make a couple of different items that wasn’t listed on the menu that we have at our usual Indian restaurant . Comfortable and intimate interior. Would return if in the area. I had the chicken Shaslick chicken which was delicious. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews. 🙂

Friendly Indian restaurant visited on a quiet Sunday night, recommended by our hotel . Very helpful waiter. Eggplant and chickpea curry was very nice, prawns korma a bit sweet. I like the big papadams they served in the UK, a nice way to start.

Went here last night. Asked for a table near the door as one of the group disabled got put at the back of restaurant. Very rushed service. Wine expensive but very nice £31.50 a bottle so it should be good! Now to the food. Tasteless. Spiceless and watery. Chicken tikka masala had about 6 pieces of chicken which was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Friend had vegetable curry that had literally no taste to it. Mumbai potatoes tasted just like watery mush Waiter not bothered Took money and didn’t bring change back- just assumed it was a tip. Won’t be back. Horrid

Ofered a delivery at 6.36pm, still waiting for food at 8.05pm!! Numerous telephone calls and promises that they are on their way!!! Finally got our food at 8.15pm, stone cold, spilt everywhere in the bag, and the naans are all broken! NOT IMPRESSED!!! UPDATE: Food is horrible! My lamb tikka masala is too hot to eat! The lemon rice is way too acidic! My mums curry was horrible she left it and went to bed. My husbands curry said was like a stew, and the veg was stodgy!! Not a good night!! If I could give minus stars, I would! UPDATE:- Next day, everyone was sick after trying to eat the food from Rajpoot!!

We went here early in the evening and were seated straight away, a table for 2 in the window without reservations.
The service was okay but not outstanding.
The food was less than impressive, we were from out of town so maybe we are used to the Indian restaurants in the Midlands that are better value for money and have a far deeper flavour to them and seem to be fresher ingredients as our dishes seemed a little musty if that makes sense.
The reason for my previous comment is that as we sat eating a steady stream of people came in and some were greeted like friends .
I always say make your own minds up as everyone’s tastes are different.

A very Honest and Tasty well Cooked Curry!
Was recommended to here and looked at the reviews and can say very happy with Rajpoot.
The food is very nice and delicious and good food portions, and nice fresh ingredients, you can’t fault the food.
Couple of things that need improvement
Took a long time for the food to come out.
Staff could be friendlier.
And please pay with cash when you go , there card machines are set up that you have to leave them a tip and can’t continue forward until you have left a tip ( VERY CHEEKY )

My son bought us a very expensive takeaway tonight as a treat, but it was awful. The mixed seafood curry smelt so strongly of fish we didn’t eat it for fear it wasn’t fresh. The lemon rice was inedible lots of bitter things in it and too much lemon, onion bhajis stoggy & floury Prawn Jalfrezi which is supposed to be very spicy was mild With 6 overcooked prawns & masses of onions and peppers. The potato dish Pretty tasteless, Poppadoms were slight burnt, the dips to go with them bright pink and green! Such a waste of hard earned money. Thank goodness we are going back to Kent tomorrow and can order from our excellent regular Indian takeaway

Decent food and a decent night out. Service was efficient.
However, when we came to pay the waiter put us in a very uncomfortable position. He presented the card machine to me on the tip screen and asked if I wanted to leave him a tip. A bit forward, but I reached for the button to add 15% and he pulled the card machine back and bluntly asked if I had cash. I told him I don’t carry cash and he then immediately asked my wife if she had any cash. She was a bit flummoxed and also stated that she didn’t have any. He then pressed the 11.5% button on the machine and presented it back to me to pay.
It was all a bit awkward and rude. Sadly, we won’t return because of this.
