The lines were long, but don’t let that deter you from visiting Raising Cane’s in Redding! I barely had to wait before getting to the front counter to order. Every team member was smiling, attentive to cleanliness, and showed real hospitality toward guests. The chicken tenders were hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The whole meal was delicious—don’t forget to dip those fries in the signature sauce and wash it down with a tea/lemonade mix.
There’s plenty of parking, and the location in town felt safe and welcoming, bringing a fun familiarity of the South. I hope they keep up the amazing service, because I’ll definitely be returning in the near future!

I decided to check this place out after seeing it on YouTube. Unfortunately, it’s definitely overhyped and not worth the price. I paid just over $60 for chicken that was lukewarm, cold garlic bread, and limp, warm fries. Yes, the sauce is good, but it’s nothing special—you could easily make it at home for a fraction of the cost. Sorry, but in Redding, there are places like the Chicken Shack that offer much better food at better prices. I definitely wouldn’t choose this establishment again.

My daughter loves Canes. Not sure what the big deal about the sauce is, tasted basic to me. For this location the staff at the drive thru were very helpful & polite.

I camped out overnight for the grand opening (got there around 9:20p). Staff was very friendly and even handed out some water amongst other things to ensure we were taken care of. I first had RC about 7 years ago in Colorado and I’ve been hooked ever since; when my job took me to Texas for 2 weeks I survived mostly on RC. My experiences with the staff at this location have always been great and service is always super quick. I’m happy to finally have RC as a part of a growing city.

Very busy restaurant. Did not take long at all to receive our order after we placed it. I didn’t even get through filling my drink before the order was done. Im assuming he was the manager, but he stopped and asked how everything was and thanked us for coming there. 2 other employees stopped at our table and asked how everything was and if we needed anything. Wonderful atmosphere. Hopefully it stays this way since the store has only been opened a couple weeks. We will return.

Great chicken sandwich, however my soda was 95% Ice cubes …that is a complete rip-off, do better corporate, when I pay good money for a meal don’t expect to get a drink that is all ice cubes.

I just wanted to shout out Aaron at Raising Cane’s in Redding because he genuinely made my day. He wasn’t just “doing his job” — he was kind, attentive, and had such a good vibe the whole time. He made me feel welcome the second I walked up, double-checked my order, and was just super easy to talk to. It’s little things like that that really stand out.
You can tell he cares about giving people a good experience, and that kind of energy is rare. Aaron, thank you for being so friendly and positive — it didn’t go unnoticed!

Super tender & juicy chicken, slather it in cane sauce its delicious! The fries are good too with their sauce! The prices are a little high but its good enough its worth it for some simple but good chicken. Inside is a but noisy so I tend to not eat inside but its always clean same with the bathrooms.

I seldom leave reviews, but the food was so overpriced and disgusting- so maybe I can save someone money. I don’t understand the hype- even the sauce is meh. Fries are bland, cold, limp, and the chicken soooo bland. The only thing good about my meal was my Dr. Pepper. If you haven’t eaten here yet, don’t waste your hard earned money. NOT WORTH IT. want a good chicken mealM Chicken Shack is the way to go. I’d rather eat at taco bell than here ever again.

I’ve been to Cane’s before in SoCal and in Chico. Texas toasts were crispy, chicken tenders were juicy, and fries were hot and cooked through all the way. This location needs some help. My Texas toast was sad and soggy, chicken was very dry, and my fries were limp and under fried. Not the Cane’s I’m used to.
