Your chicken fingers are not battered correctly like they were when you first opened!! We have been here 5 times and the first 2 times were great…but yesterday the chicken was barely battered so they were not crispy at all! Why can’t you stick to your original recipe? This is why we stopped eating at Kentucky fried chicken restaurant, there chicken strips are not crispy anymore!! Dissatisfied and disappointed!! Will eat somewhere else!!

OF COURSE THEY GOT TOO POPULAR. SO NOTHING IS THE SAME ANYMORE. EVERYTHING IS SMALLER PORTIONS. THE CHICKEN TASTES LIKE IT WAS FROZEN. ITS NO LONGER BATTERED IN THE BACK OF THE RESTAURANT. Now I don’t care if they open a location in my city or not. It is what it is.

Went in there for dinner on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious and came out quick. We sat and ate there. Would recommend if you like fried chicken strips. The sauce is amazing. Recommend getting two extra. I like to substitute extra bread for coleslaw.

When it comes to canes I don’t mess around I love it but today was a disappointment I order two Caniac combos and they supposed to have 6 chicken tenders well each plate only had 4 and I paid $45 for everything so even tho I’m mad I’m still going to continue to go but check the plates before I leave cause I got scammed today

I waited over 20mins for ‘the box’. There were 5 cars ahead of me on the left and 1 car ahead of me on the right. All 5 cars and then some were all given their food before I was. The car ahead of me waited nearly as long as I did but they had more combos than me. Sweet tea had Hella ice in it and I didn’t get the slaw. 2 stars for the mid service but hot chicken.
