Love me some canes!

Extra crispy chicken and fries is a must. Just ask the cashier, and they’ll take care of it.

This is your typical Raising Cane’s, with the same delicious chicken fingers and french fries that you know in love. And of course, you can’t forget the sauce.

This one has a nod to the Fresno State Bulldogs, and the local community. Always cool to check out some history.

I’m not usually one to send in a comment or complaint, but I had a frustrating experience at Raisin’ Cane’s today around 2:35 p.m today 12/31/25. I tried not to leave a review, but call the customer support team, no answer, and the online portal to send a message in says it’s unavailable.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered toast, fries, a sweet tea, coleslaw, and a water with no ice. When I was handed the water, it was clearly VERY pink. I politely said, “Oh, I don’t think that’s mine. It was supposed to be a water.” The employee told me it was water and that the cup makes it look pink. I told her I didn’t think that was correct and explained it was for my dog. She insisted it was water and said she could try again after I had to nudge a little.

She then closed the window, refilled a cup, handed it out, and shut the window quickly without giving me a chance to say anything else. I was polite the entire time, but very frustrated.

This may seem small, but I had just spent over an hour playing outside with my dog, and the only reason we stopped was to get him water. I ordered food and drinks because that felt like the right thing to do. I wasn’t just asking for free water, and I would have gladly paid for it. I am a pretty regular customer here.

When I got home, I poured the liquid into a white cup and it was still pink, not as pink as the first one, but still not just water. It was not the cup, and it was not water. If she had simply said, “I’m sorry, there’s a little pink lemonade coming through the line,” I would have been fine with that. But the first cup looked like straight pink lemonade, and being told otherwise felt dismissive.

I left feeling disrespected and honestly concerned. If employees can’t tell the difference between water and pink lemonade, it makes me question the attention being paid to food and drink accuracy and safety.

There was a woman working in the back who was very kind and happy to see the dog in my truck, but the person working the window should not be the first line representative for guests. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll be back.
The top cup is what was given to me, the bottom cup is water from my kitchen sink- same cup from my house.

Mixed feelings on this one.

All of the employees we initially dealt with were extremely friendly, very welcoming, direct eye contact food came out quickly and was warm. I’ve had Cane’s chicken a number of times and it’s always been amazing today. It seemed like the chicken was a little under, or just softer and squishy than I would like to have.
Some of the previous mails fried perfectly and amazing today they were very busy so that could’ve been what affected the quality of the food .

One of my bigger issues was as we were walking back into the restaurant to refill Our drinks. Two employees were coming back from break. A heavier younger guy had 0 respect, he deliberately dropped the door on me and my family as opposed to holding the door open like most individuals would when they see a family with three girls walking up to a door. This happened February 5th at around 530 heavier white guy in his early 20’s green shirt hat and glasses.
I suggest talking with the staff and let them know without customers they don’t have a job so treat everyone with respect to keep them coming back!

I’ll be back to try the chicken again, the rest was clean but very busy, bathrooms were clean.
Pricing was normal around $45 for a family of 4

I really wanted to like Raising Cane’s, which is why I gave it a second try. Unfortunately, both visits were the same. The chicken fingers were bland and barely warm, and the fries were limp and not fully cooked. I was expecting hot, crispy, fresh food, but it felt rushed and underwhelming. I hope they improve their consistency because the quality just hasn’t been there.

Pretty good place. Come here quite a few times. Fries would be better if there were crispy, today they were a bit to salty too. Chicken good & bread; like the sauce. Clean when I do walk ins & quick drive through. Very nice workers, drive through girl was friendly. Will continue coming back.

You guys have got to be kidding me. Waiting in that long line for these microwaved chicken fingers. Who’s idea was this restaurant, the teen moms from MTV? what’s next a bologna sandwich stand? Those chicken fingers are soggy and flavorless, the catsup and mayonnaise sauce was ok but I liked it better when I used to make it myself as a 7 year old boy. I can’t believe I just paid 20 bucks for this school cafeteria slop.

My first time going, I walked in. They do have a drive thru. Was a little crowded by the door, but the young lady at the front (4/2/2023) 4-5 pm. Got that order done fast. Was in and out pretty fast. Food was fresh and hot. Sauce reminds me of A1 sauce and ketchup. It’s delicious with the chicken. Grabbed an 8 piece. Sweet tea was so good. Will for sure come back.

The food is good, but this location forces delivery drivers to fill drinks themselves. That’s unsanitary and violates California AB 3336, which requires sealed, packaged orders for delivery. Staff claimed it’s ‘policy,’ but store policies do not override state law. Management needs to fix this.

If you like ordering chicken strips, paying $15, and receiving 4 chicken nuggets in return, you should come here. But seriously the chicken portions are so small I stopped coming here. Food tastes good but the small portion size ruins it

Raising Canes
Our location opened last week and the drive-thru lines are crazy long! So I placed a mobile order on their app the night before and went to go pickup it up this afternoon. I highly suggest everyone doing this so you don’t have to wait for 2+ hours. Also many do not know that you can simply go into the dining room to eat. Why? Because there is no line! And because it’s awesome inside, there’s fun music playing, disco balls, interesting art work and you can learn about the history of Raising Canes. The ambiance is such a cool vibe and the staff is super friendly.

The chicken strips are hands down the best we have ever had! It is full of flavor, the meat is so juicy! Their dipping sauce is tangy and delicious! The Texas toast melts in your mouth and has the perfect buttery taste. I really like the Half Tea & Half Lemonade because they have “the good ice” which they call Canes Ice!

This place is perfect for the whole family! I have picky eaters and the boys wanted more.

My family & I have become Caniacs!
